چيستي و امكان سنجي علم اقتصاد اسلامي در پرتو آموزه‌هاي قرآني

چكيده قلمرو دانش اقتصاد گستره اي دارد كه دست كم هفت بخش از جمله علم اقتصاد اسلامي را در خود جاي مي دهد كه ميان انديشمندان مسلمان در اين باره بحث و گفتگو وجود دارد. برخي به كلي منكر وجود آن شده اند و برخي با تبيين هايي گوناگون آن را پذيرفته اند. در اين نوشتار، پس از بيان مقدماتي، ابتدا ديدگاه هاي چهارگانه در اين باره مطرح گرديده و به فراخور بحث، نمونه هايي قرآني ذكر شده است. آنگاه پس از بيان مفروضات مورد نظر و قابل استنباط از آموزه هاي قرآني، به بررسي و نقد ديدگاه هاي يادشده در پرتو آموزه هاي قرآني و توضيح ديدگاه مورد نظر پرداخته شده است. ديدگاه نگارنده آن است كه انديشمندان اقتصادي مسلمان مي توانند مبتني بر مباني جهان بيني و انسان شناختي قرآن و با كمك گرفتن از منابع سه گانه شناخت (وحي، عقل و تجربه)، به تدوين علم اقتصاد اسلامي متمايز از اقتصاد معاصر بپردازند. كليد واژه‌ها: قرآن، اقتصاد، اقتصاد اسلامي، اقتصاد قرآني.

The nature and possibility of Islamic economics in the light of the Quranic doctrines Dr. Javad Irwani Assistant Professor of Razavi Islamic Sciences’ University Abstract The economics covers a wide range of issues [sciences] including the Islamic economics. There is a serious debate amongst the Muslim intellectuals’ circles about the very question. Some have thoroughly negated it while others have accepted with different descriptions. The present writing after posing the general remarks of the discussion touches the four prominent theories on the subject and has appropriately put forth the Quranic samples. Then, he deals with the ideal assumptions that can be derived from the Quranic doctrines. Following that, he analyzes and criticizes the four theories in the light of the Quranic teachings. The writer is of the view that the Muslim experts of economics, considering their worldview foundations and the Quranic anthropology and epistemological means (revelation, intellect and experience), can bring about a new Islamic economics that should be distinct from the contemporary economics.
