با افزايش جمعيت شهرنشين و توسعه شهرها، مسيله فراغت افراد در كنار كار و تحرك روزانه آنها مطرح است، با توجه به كمبود امكانات فراغتي در جامعه ما سبب شد برنامه ريزان شهري را به فكر اندازد تا به منظور غلبه بر اين ساماندهي ها راهبردهايي را ارايه كنند. البته واضح است كه موفقيت در اين عرصه و دستيابي به منافع مادي و غير مادي حاصل از آن مستلزم شناخت قوتها، ضعفها، فرصتها و تهديدهاي منطقه مورد مطالعه نسبت به اين صنعت است كه بهره مندي از توانمندي ها و جاذبه هاي گردشگري بافت قديمي و عناصر مربوط به آن اگر بدون شناخت و برنامه صورت پذيرد، منجر به نابودي و تخريب توانهاي آن مي گردد؛ به همين دليل در اكثر نواحي توريستي ضرورت شناخت و ساماندهي وضعيت گردشگري احساس مي شود. در اين پژوهش سعي شده با هدف برنامه ريزي در جهت صنعت گردشگري عناصر بافت قديم با استفاده از روش SWOT ابتدا نقاط قوت و ضعف كه از درون مسيله نشات مي گيرد، همراه با فرصتها و تهديدهاي بيروني مورد بررسي تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته و سپس پيشنهادات اساسي به منظور بهره برداري از اين قوتها، فرصتها، كاهش ضعفها و تهديدات آگاهي از مشكلات راهكارهايي جهت برطرف كردن آنها ارايه گردد. هر چند برنامه و راهكارها نمي تواند موجب رفع فوري مشكلات باشد، اما با توجه به برنامه ريزي در اين مورد به خصوص تفكيك نكردن آن از موضوع برنامه ريزي شهري مي توان گامي در جهت كم كردن مشكلات در اين زمينه برداشت.

This study was aimed at trying to plan for the tourism elements of the old tissue using SWOT method first, strengths and weaknesses that are emanating from within the problem with external opportunities and threats analysis reviewed and suggestions were essential In order to exploit the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of decreased awareness of strategies to overcome problems they should be presented every few programs and strategies cannot cause immediate problems are solved according to plan, but in this particular category of separation not the subject of urban planning can be a step towards reducing the problems in this area harvest.
