The clinical training effect on the recognition, attitude and mastery of nursing studentsʹʹ clinical skills at Islamic Azad University, Varamin Branch

زمينه و هدف: آموزش باليني، جايگاه پرورش مهارت هاي باليني دانشجويان پرستاري، جهت ورود به جامعه كاري خود يعني بيمارستان مي باشد و بررسي ها نشان داده است كه ادراك دانشجويان از محيط آموزش باليني با آنچه كه در واقعيت وجود دارد، متفاوت است و آن ها دنبال محيط يادگيري هستند كه از مطلوبيت بيشتري برخوردار باشد. به همين منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نظرات دانشجويان، مديران و مربيان پرستاري در رابطه با تاثير كارآموزي باليني بر شناخت، نگرش و تسلط دانشجويان پرستاري در انجام مهارت هاي باليني انجام شده است. روش بررسي : اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي است كه در آن 150 نفر از دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد ورامين و 22 نفر از مربيان پرستاري و 5 مدير پرستاري مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوري داده ها شامل پرسشنامه اي بود كه از دو قسمت تشكيل شده بود: 1- مشخصات زمينه اي كه شامل 7 سوال بود، 2- پرسشنامه اي جهت سنجش نظرات دانشجويان، مديران و مربيان پرستاري با 51 سوال در 5 آيتم كاربرد دروس تيوري، خصوصيات مربيان باليني، شرايط محيط آموزش باليني، روش هاي ارزشيابي باليني و ابعاد شركت در كارآموزي باليني بود كه پس از تاييد روايي و پاياني آن مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه اگرچه ديدگاه هاي دانشجويان، مربيان و مديران پرستاري در زمينه بهبود كارآموزي هاي باليني در بعضي از آيتم ها از هماهنگي لازم برخوردار نبود، اما از نظر پاسخ دهندگان، شركت در دوره هاي كارآموزي باليني، شناخت، نگرش و تسلط كارآموزان را در انجام مهارت هاي باليني تا حد زيادي بهبود مي بخشد. نتيجه گيري: نتايج بدست آمده، ديدگاه هاي متنوع دانشجويان، مربيان و مديران پرستاري را پيرامون وضعيت محيط آموزش باليني مطرح كرد. شناسايي دقيق نقطه نظرات مي تواند منجر به شناسايي مشكلات كليدي آموزش باليني گردد كه مي توان با عنايت به آن‌ها استراتژي هاي مناسبي را جهت افزايش اثربخش آموزش باليني به كار بست.

Introduction: The environment for clinical education is a place to educate,train and improvenursing studentsʹclinical skills in order to enter the business community that is hospital, studies have shown that studentsʹ perceptions of clinical learning environment are different and incongruent with what they encounter with in reality and they are looking for such learning environments which can yield to better results and is the most favorable condition.As a result, the present study aimed at studying the students, administrators and nursing instructorsʹ ideas on the clinical training effects on the recognition, attitude and mastery of nursing studentsʹ clinical skills. Material: This is a descriptive study in which 150 nursing students at Islamic Azad University, Varamin Branch and 22 Nursing instructors and 5 nursing administrators were chosen to conduct the study.Data collection tools included a questionnaire whichhad two sections: 1 - a field characteristics that included seven items, and 2 - a questionnaire to measure student’s administrator’s and nursing instructorsʹ ideas with 51 questionson6 majoritems oftheoretical lessons, clinical instructorsʹ features, clinical training environment, clinical assessment procedures, and the consequences of participating in the clinical internship which was used after verifying the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results:The findings of the study revealed the fact that although the students, instructors and administratorsʹ ideas were not in harmony in the case of improving some items in the clinical internship, they were positive on the remarkable role of participating in such courses on the recognition, attitude and masteryof the students in conducting their clinical skills. Conclusions: The results of the study showed the various perspectives of students, instructors and administrators on nursing clinical education environment.Recognizing the exact nature of theideas can lead to accurately identify the key problems clinical trainingwhich can be best used to apply strategies to improve the clinical training effectively.
