Road accidents and fatalities is considered as a one of the most important causes of death, financial crisis and fatalities that its economic, cultural and social effects, have threatened human society. As a result of road accidents in Iran, everyday eighty people die which is a national catastrophic. In this study, road accident data in eastern Azarbaijan from 2004 to 2006 was used and by the study of road accident causes in this provinces. It is found that high accident rate was occurred in mild weather conditions which is related to passenger cars.
