مقدمه: برنامه‌ريزي موثر در گرو نيازسنجي و تعيين اولويت‌هاست. در اين راستا، طرح پژوهشي فوق با دو سوال زير به اجرا گذارده شده است، نيازهاي تربيتي و آموزشي بسيج كدامند؟ اين نيازها داراي چه اولويت‌هايي هستند؟ روش‌: روش تحقيق توصيفي تحليلي است كه از فنون تركيبي در نياز سنجي بهره گرفته است. پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته است. نمونه‌گيري به صورت خوشه‌اي و تعداد نمونه 3500 نفر از اعضا بسيج بوده است. روايي پرسش‌نامه از نوع روايي محتوايي و تعيين اعتبار آن از طريق محاسبه آلفاي كرنباخ برابر 94./ براي كل پرسش‌نامه محاسبه شده است. اطلاعات جمع‌آوري شده با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري همچون فريدمن، ضريب همبستگي و مربع كاي و تجزيه و تحليل شده است. نتايج: مهم‌ترين نيازهاي تربيتي و آموزشي بسيج به ترتيب اولويت عبارتند از: 1) اعتقادي- فرهنگي، 2) دفاعي- امنيتي، 3) روانشناختي، 4) علمي، 5) بصيرت سياسي، 6) اجتماعي، 7) سازماني و مديريتي. بحث: از يافته‌هاي فوق مي‌توان نتيجه‌گيري كرد كه مديران در حوزه برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي آموزشي و تربيتي با اولويت دادن به نياز‌هاي تربيتي بر امر انتقال مفاهيم و دانش بر فراگيران و ايجاد مهارت‌هاي رفتاري تاكيد كرده و از ميان نيازهاي متنوع تربيتي و آموزشي، نيازهاي اعتقادي و فرهنگي در اولويت نخست قرار دارند.
