The role of development happiness and joy in enhancing the epic morale

مقدمه: شادي يكي از مهم‌ترين هيجانات انساني است، اگر هيجانات را به شش دسته خشم، ترس، تنفر، تعجب، ناراحتي و شادي تقسيم كنيم، شادي اساسي‌ترين هيجاني است كه افراد در پي دستيابي به آن مي باشند زماني كه به صورت دروني احساس مثبت مي‌كنيم، شيوع شادي در رگهاي زندگي، منجر به احساس خوشايندي زندگي ميگردد. همچنين شادي و نشاط از متغيرهايي تاثيرگذار اجتماعي است و به عنوان يك متغير پيشبين بر روي متغيرهاي ديگري تاثير ميگذارد. در اين مقاله به ارزيابي ميزان تاثير اين متغير بر روحيه حماسي مردم ايران ميپردازيم. روش‌: اين مطالعه با استفاده از روش مطالعات توصيفي از نوع همبستگي با استفاده از پرسشنامه محققساخته كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است به ارزيابي ارتباط بين متغيرهاي مورد نظر در جامعه ايراني نموديم. جامعه آماري اين مطالعه كليه افراد بالاي 15 ساله ايراني بودند كه با استفاده از روش نمونهگيري تصادفي طبقهاي از يازده استان كشور انتخاب و مورد نظرخواهي قرار گرفتند. نتايج: نشان داد كه ميزان نشاط و شادابي مردم ايران در حد متوسط19/56 از 100 نمره ميباشد و بين اين متغير و روحيه حماسي مردم ايران رابطه همبستگي مثبت معنادار معادل 34/0 وجود دارد. بحث: نتايج حاكي از آن است كه نشاط و شادابي به خودي خود، و بدون همراهي با نفرت و ساير هيجانات منفي، ميتواند روحيه حماسي مردم را فزوني بخشد .چون روحيه، نوعي خلق است كه با شادابي همراه است. افزون بر آن، شادابي موجب نوعي تغييرات عصبشناختي و اندوكريني تغيير در غدد درون ريز ميشود كه آمادگي توان افراد براي فعاليت و دفاع از خود را افزايش ميدهد.

Introduction: Happiness is one of the most important human emotion, if emotion into six categories of anger, fear, disgust, surprise, distress and joy we share, emotional happiness is most essential that people are pursuing it. When we as a positive internal sense, the prevalence of joy in life vessels, leading to life is pleasant feeling. The joy of social influence variables as a predictive variable affects on other variables. In this article we evaluate the effect of these variables on the epic morale of Letʹs examine the Iranian people. Method: This study, using descriptive and correlational studies using a questionnaire made by the researcher that the reliability and validity have been confirmed to assess the relation between the Iranian societies we have desired. Population study of all persons over 15 years that Iranians were using stratified random sampling of the eleven provinces were selected and opinions. Results: The results showed that the vitality and vitality of the Iranian people in average (56.19 out of 100 grades) is between these variables and the epic morale of the people of significant positive correlation is equal to 0.34.
