بررسي انگيزه‌هاي تحصيلي دانشجويان نظامي مجتمع دانشگاهي اميرالمومنين(ع) وعوامل موثر برآن

Investigating the Academic motivations of Amir-al-Momenins University military students and its effective factors Complex

مقدمه: كارهاي خوب و بزرگ فقط با انگيزه‌هاي ممتاز و قوي انجام مي‌گيرد1. وجود موانع گوناگون مي‌تواند ميزان انگيزه و تلاش براي رسيدن به نتايج مطلوب را كاهش دهد.در اين پژوهش انگيزه‌هاي تحصيلي دانشجويان وعوامل موثر برآنها در مجتمع دانشگاهي اميرالمومنين(ع) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. روش: اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌هاي تحقيق توصيفي و كيفي انجام شد. از ميان جامعه آماري دانشجويان در مرحله اول 271 نفر به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي؛ ودر مرحله دوم 50 نفر به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه نيمه سازمان يافته بودند كه روايي محتوايي پرسش نامه از سوي خبرگان تاييد و اعتبار آن از طريق آزمون كرونباخ 91/0 محاسبه گرديد. روايي و اعتبار مصاحبه‌ها نيز با روش‌هاي كيفي تاييد شد. داده‌هاي كمي با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و يافته‌هاي كيفي مطابق فنون پژوهش‌هاي كيفي تحليل گرديد. نتايج: مهمترين انگيزه‌هاي دانشجويان در زمينه‌هاي رشد و پيشرفت، كمال خواهي و علايق بوده است. انگيزه‌هاي اجتماعي و احترام در حد متوسط و انگيزه‌هاي شغلي و مقابله ،پايين‌تر از متوسط بوده است. رابطه بين انگيزه‌هاي تحصيلي با متغيرهاي تاهل، دوره تحصيلي، سن و سابقه از لحاظ آماري معنادار بوده است. انگيزه‌هاي دانشجويان دانشكده‌هاي مختلف تفاوت معناداري نداشته ، اما انگيزه‌هاي دانشجويان كارشناسي نسبت به ساير دانشجويان قوي‌تر بوده است. بحث: بر اساس يافته‌ها برخي از ويژگي‌هاي دانشجويان، برنامه‌هاي آموزشي، موضوعات درسي، روش تدريس اساتيد ،كيفيت روابط ومناسبات، امكانات آموزشي و غير آموزشي بر انگيزه‌هاي تحصيلي دانشجويان تاثيرگذار بوده اند.

Introduction: The great and effective works can be performed through outstanding and powerful motivations. Existence of various obstacles might reduce amount of motivation and efforts. In this study, the academic motivations of the students of Amir-al-Momenin University Complex and its effective factors have been examined. Method: This research utilized qualitative and quantitative methods. In the first step, a sample of 271 students were randomly identifieds. In the second step, a sample of 50 students were intentionally selected. The tools were researcher - made questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Content Validity of the questionnaire is confirmed by the experts, and its reliability is calculated through Cronbachʹs alpha Kranbakh test. The reliability was 0.91. Moreover, the validity and reliability of interviews were confirmed by qualitative methods. Quantitative data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. Qualitative data were analyzed through qualitative research techniques. Results: The most important motivations of the students consists of growth and achievement, self actualization and interest. Social motivations and respect were at the average level whereas career motivations and fight were lower than average. The relationships between academic motivation, marital status, academic courses, age and background were statistically significant. The motivations of students from different faculties were not meaningful while motivations of B.A. students were higher than the other students. Discussion: Research findings show that some of students traits, curriculu, subject matters, Faculties teaching methods, quality of relationship, instrucational and noninstrucational facilities, are effective in students academic motives.
