A Study on Financial Terminology in the Safavid Era (Paying Allowance to Children and the Elderly)

هدف:هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي يكي از اصطلاحات مالي دوره صفويه بر اساس محتواي اسناد موجود در مركز اسناد آستان قدس ،سنجش ارزشهاي اطلاعاتي اين اسناداست تاكنون درباره وظيفه دردوره صفويه تحقيق مستقلي صورت نگرفته است واين پژوهش در نظردارد تا به عنوان اولين كار مدون در اين زمينه با استفاده از اطلاعات اسنادآستان قدس كه درباره پرداخت هاي مالي به افراد مختلف مي باشد صرفابه پرداخت وظيفه به مواليد و مشايخ بپردازد. روش،رويكرد پژوهش:روش اين پژوهش اسنادي و متكي بر اطلاعات موجود در اسناد هست كه با تبيين ويژگيهاي سندشناسي و سندپژوهي آن ها سعي مي كندجنبه هاي مختلف اهميت اسناد را مشخص نمايدالبته نيم نگاهي نيز به منابع كتابخانه هاي در تاييد يا رد مطالب سندي دارد. يافته هاونتايج پژوهش: يافته هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه آنچه تاكنون تحت عنوان وظيفه درمنابع دست اول و يا مقالات به آن پرداخته شده كلي بوده و به جزيياتي مانندعلت پرداخت،نحوه پرداخت و ميزان آن توجه نشده است و بررسي اطلاعات اسناد مورد بررسي درباره يكي از انواع پرداخت وظيفه ضمن آشنايي با اين نوع سند ما را با ديدگاههاي جديدي در زمينه اصطلاحات مالي دوره صفويه آشناو زمينه تحقيقات بيشتر در اين حوزه را فراهم نمايد.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study one of the financial terms used in the Safavid Era based on the content of records kept in the Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi and to assess the information value of these records. So far, there has not been any independent research on allowance (Vazifeh) in the Safavid Era. This research aims to particularly study the paying of allowance to children and the elderly using the information of records in Astan Quds which are about financial payments to different people. Methodology/Approach: This research is based on information in records. Various aspects of the importance of records are shown by explaining their features. Library resources are also used to confirm or reject the information in records. Findings/Conclusions: The findings of this research show that previously only the general aspects of allowances were discussed and details such as the reasons for paying allowances, how they were paid and their amount was not studied. This study makes us familiar with records about a specific type of allowance and new viewpoints about financial terms of the Safavid Era. It also paves the way for further research in this field.
