تحليل دستاوردهاي مورد انتظار از دوره كارآموزي در آموزش كشاورزي: مورد دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان

An Analysis of the Expected Outcomes of Internship Course in Agricultural Education: A Case Study of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources

اين تحقيق با هدف شناسايي و تحليل دستاوردهاي مورد انتظار از دوره‌هاي كارآموزي در دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان و به روش پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل آن دسته از دانشجويان كشاورزي بوده است كه در زمان انجام تحقيق دوره كارآموزي خود را گذرانده بودند (378N=). حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران محاسبه شده است (123n=) و از تكنيك نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي با انتساب متناسب براي گزينش تصادفي نمونه‌ها بهره‌گرفته شده است. ابزار اين تحقيق پرسشنامه‌اي محقق ساخته بوده كه براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نياز مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. روايي پرسشنامه بر پايه نظرات گروهي از كارشناسان و اعضاي هيات علمي آموزش كشاورزي، تامين و پايايي آن نيز با محاسبه‌ي ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي 30 پرسشنامه تكميل شده در طي مطالعه راهنما محرز گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي گردآوري شده از نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS وEXCEL بهره گرفته شده است. بر اساس محاسبه نمره دستاورد كارآموزي و گروه‌بندي آن، دستاورد كارآموزي 73/15 درصد پاسخگويان در سطح پايين، 17/65 درصد در سطح متوسط و10/19 درصد در سطح بالا ارزيابي شده است. بر مبناي مقايسه ميانگين‌ نمره دستاورد كارآموزي، تفاوت معني داري بين پاسخگويان برحسب نوع انتخاب محل كارآموزي و شركت / عدم شركت در جلسه توجيهي و نيز مقطع تحصيلي وجود دارد. تحليل عاملي دستاوردهاي كارآموزي به سه عامل، "دستاوردهاي آموزشي و يادگيري"، "توسعه صلاحيت‌هاي حرفه‌اي، شغلي و كارآفريني" و "توسعه فردي" منجر شده است.

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the expected outcomes of internship course in Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The research was carried out through a survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all agricultural students of the Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources involved during the academic year 2008-2009 who had participated and passed the internship course (N=378) while the samle (n=123) was determinated through Cochranʹs formula. The sample was selected through Stratified Sample Technique. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of agricultural education experts and faculty members. Calculated Coronbachʹs Alpha coefficient as an indication of the questionnaire’s reliability was found as equal to .81 and .77 for the two main parts of questionnaire. Using SPSS and EXCEL softwares, the gathered data was analyzed. Based upon the coefficient of variation the internshipʹs outcomes were prioritized. The findings revealed that the total internshipʹs outcome according to most respondents (65%) stood at medium level. The results of a compareison of means with t-test indicated that there was a significant difference observed between internshipʹs outcome of respondents with regard to thier educational level (B. S. and postgraduate levels and particiapation in pre-cource preparatory session. According to factor analysis, the internshipʹs outcomes were placed in 3 concluding factors that totally explained 71% of the total variance. These factors were counted as "educational and learning outcomes", "career and professional developmentʹs outcomes", and "personal developmentʹs outcomes".
