مقايسه ابعاد كيفيت زندگي پس از زايمان در زايمان‌هاي طبيعي و سزارين

Comparative study of the postnatal quality of life subscales after normal vaginal delivery and caesarean section

در دوره پس از زايمان برخي تغييرات جسمي، روحي و اجتماعي در مادر بوجود مي‌آيد كه بر كيفيت زندگي مادر تاثير مي‌گذارد. در اين تحقيق ابعاد كيفيت زندگي پس از زايمان در دو نوع زايمان طبيعي و سزارين مقايسه شده‌است. اين مطالعه تحليلي كوهورت بر روي دو گروه مادران سزاريني (150 نفر) و زايمان طبيعي (150نفر) انجام شد. پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگيSF-36 دو و چهار ماه پس از زايمان توسط مادران مراجعه‌كننده به مراكز بهداشتي درماني شهر كاشان تكميل شد. ابعاد پرسشنامه در هر گروه و نيز بين دو گروه مقايسه شد. يافته‌ها نمره بيشتري را در ابعاد عملكرد جسمي و محدوديت در ايفاي نقش به علت مشكلات جسمي دو ماه پس از زايمان و در ابعاد عملكرد جسمي، عملكرد اجتماعي و سلامت رواني چهار ماه پس از زايمان در گروه زايمان طبيعي نشان داد. ميانگين نمره ابعاد سلامت رواني و عملكرد اجتماعي در فاصله دو ماه بطور معني‌داري در گروه زايمان طبيعي افزايش يافت. كيفيت زندگي در اكثر ابعاد در دو گروه از نظر آماري تفاوتي نداشت، اگرچه كيفيت زندگي بهتر به‌خصوص از نظر سلامت جسمي دو ماه پس از زايمان و از نظر سلامت جسمي و روحي چهار ماه پس از زايمان در گروه زايمان طبيعي مشاهده شد.

Objective (s): Physical, emotional and social change occurred in postnatal period which can affect the quality of life. In this study the postnatal quality of life subscales after normal vaginal delivery and caesarean section was compared. Methods: An analytical cohort study was conducted on mothers with caesarian (n=150) and normal vaginal delivery (n=150). The motherʹs referring to health centers in kashan city filled the Sf-36 questionnaire 2 and 4 months after delivery. Questionnaire aspects compared between two groups and in each group .Data was analyzed by SPSS software by using chi square, independent t- test, and Mann-Whitey U test Results: Findings showed higher score in physical health and physical role limitation 2 months after delivery in normal vaginal delivery group and higher score in physical health, social function and emotional health 4 months after delivery in normal vaginal delivery. The mean scores for social function and emotional health improved significantly in two months interval in vaginal delivery group. Conclusion: The quality of life in many of dimensions did not show significant different in two groups, Nevertheless there was a better quality of life especially in physical health, 2 months after delivery and physical and emotional health, 4 months after delivery in vaginal delivery group.
