كاربرد برنامه ريزي فرا آرماني در تعيين الگوي بهينه كشت محصولات كشاورزي مطالعه موردي: شهرستان نيشابور

Application Meta-Goal Programming in AgricultureCase Study: Neyshabour City

تخصيص بهينه زمين هاي كشاورزي در يك منطقه يكي از مسايل بسيار اساسي در استفاده بهينه از منابع توليد كشاورزي است. برنامه ريزي فرا آرماني يكي از مدل هاي تصميم گيري چند معياره است. در اين برنامه ريزي تصميم گيري هايي انعطاف پذيرتر از ساير برنامه ريزي هاي آرماني براي تصميم گيرندگان فراهم مي شود. در مطالعه حاضر، الگوي بهينه كشت با استفاده از برنامه ريزي آرماني و فرا آرماني براي كشاورزي منطقه نيشابور در دوره زماني87-86 تعيين شد. نتايج نشان داد كه كل سطح زيركشت در برنامه ريزي آرماني 69016 هكتار و در برنامه ريزي فرا آرماني مقدار 72092 هكتار مي باشد. همچنين، در تمام الگوهاي بهينه كشت محصول گندم بيشترين سطح زيركشت را به خود اختصاص داد. با توجه به تحولات زياد در تخصيص يارانه ها و كاهش شديد منابع آب در طي سال هاي اخير، استفاده از الگو هاي بهينه كشت كه در آن انحراف از آرمان ها كمتر است، پيشنهاد مي شود.

In a region, optimal allocation of lands to various agricultural products is one of the most important issue associated with optimal use of agricultural resources. Meta-Goal Programming is one of the multiple criteria decision models. This Programming provides more flexible decisions for decision makers than other goal Programming. In the current study, optimal cropping pattern was determined using Goal and Meta-Goal Programming for agriculture in Neyshabour district. Results showed that, the total cultivated area is estimated less in the Goal Programming than Meta-Goal Programming. Furthermore, the cultivated area of wheat was estimated as the largest area in the all optimal cropping pattern. Considering the huge changes in the policies associated with allocation of resource subsidies and a sharp reduction in the water resources during the recent years, the study recommends using the optimal cropping pattern by which goal deviation is assumed low.
