ارزيابي فرصت‌ها و چالش‌هاي ژيوپليتيكي ايران در آسياي مركزي

Evaluating opportunities and Challenges of Iran’s Geopolitical Situation in Central Asia

آسياي مركزي يكي از مناطق ژيوپليتيكي پيراموني جمهوري اسلامي ايران را تشكيل مي‌دهد. اين منطقه كه شامل 5 كشور مسلمان ازبكستان، تاجيكستان، تركمنستان، قرقيزستان و قزاقستان مي‌باشد، بعد از فروپاشي اتحاد جماهير شوروي در سال 1991م. بر نقشه جغرافياي سياسي جهان ظاهر گشت. شكل‌گيري اين منطقه ژيوپليتيكي در شمال شرقي ايران و دارا بودن مرزهاي طولاني آبي- خاكي با كشورهاي اين منطقه به همراه برخي از ويژگي‌هاي داخلي و بين‌المللي، فرصت‌ها و چالش‌هاي متعددي را پيش روي دستگاه ديپلماسي و سياست خارجي ايران قرار داده است. در اين ميان فرصت‌ها و چالش‌هاي ژيوپليتيكي به دليل ماهيت جغرافيايي و دوام و پايداري بيشتر، از اهميت دو چنداني بر خوردار هستند. شناسايي اين عوامل مي‌تواند زمينه مناسبي را براي طراحي يك راهبرد كارآمد در اين منطقه فراهم سازد. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است ضمن بررسي عوامل ژيوپليتيكي موثر در روابط ايران با كشورهاي آسياي مركزي به طبقه بندي آنها از نوع فرصت و تهديد و همچنين عواملي با ويژگي‌هاي دوگانه (فرصت- تهديد) پرداخته شود.

Central Asia is one of the regions in geopolitical realm of Islamic republic of Iran. The region includes five Muslim Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan races. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the geopolitical plan was compiled. Formation of this geopolitical region in north eastern Iran, possessing marine-land long borders with countries of this region along with some domestic and international opportunities brought up challenges against Iranian foreign diplomacy and policy. Among these opportunities and challenges there are two cases which seem to be more important due to geographical nature of its strength and the country’s stability. These factors can identify a suitable field to design and the efficient strategies to be planned for this region. In this article, effort has been done on the investigation of effective geopolitical factors in Iran in relation to central Asian countries which are classified on the basis of opportunity and threat factors in the futures.
