حساسيت بين فرهنگي در اجتماعات قومي در ايران؛ مورد مطالعه اقوام تُرك و كُرد در شهر قروه

The intercultural sensitivity in ethnic communities: a survey study of ethnicities of Kurds and Turks in Qorveh

وجود همفكري، همدلي و همگرايي فرهنگي و پذيرش اجتماعي در بين اقوام، يكي از مطمين‌ترين راه‌هاي نيل به همبستگي و وفاق اجتماعي در جامعه‌ي چند قومي ايران به‌شمار مي‌آيد. اين مقاله با اتخاذ رويكردي جامعه‌شناختي، به بررسي ميزان حساسيت‌هاي بين فرهنگي در نزد ساكنان كُرد و تُرك شهر قروه و عوامل مرتبط با آن مي‌پردازد. در بخش نظري، بر مبناي مدل نظري شش گانه‌ي حساسيت‌هاي بين فرهنگي ميلتون جي بنت، يك چارچوب مفهومي تنظيم گرديده و در قالب آن فرضيه‌هاي اصلي مطرح شده‌است. تحقيق به روش پيمايش و با استفاده از پرسشنامه در مورد 400 نفر نمونه از كُردها و تُرك‌هاي ساكن در شهر قروه انجام گرفته‌است. نتايج تحقيق بر وجود حساسيت بين فرهنگي در ميان دو گروه مورد بررسي دلالت دارد؛ با اين وصف، حساسيت بين فرهنگي در ميان كُردها شدت بيش‌تري دارد. يافته ها نشان مي‌دهد كه با گسترش پهنه ي ارتباطات واقعي بين قومي و ارتباطات مجازي و بالا رفتن آگاهي و شناخت بين قومي، حساسيت‌هاي بين فرهنگي تعديل و كاهش مي‌يابد. در تحليل نهايي، ارتباطات واقعي و مجازي ، 33درصد و 44درصد از تغييرات حساسيت بين فرهنگي را به ترتيب در ميان دو گروه تُرك و كُرد تبيين مي‌كند..

Cultural integration and social admission among ethnicities is one of the most trusted ways to reach social integration in the multiethnic Iranian society. Using a sociological approach, this study assesses the extent of intercultural sensitivity and its associated factors among Kurds and Turks as residents in the city of Qurveh. As far as the theoretical aspect of the study is concerned, according to the theoretical sextuplet model of intercultural sensitivities by Milton Bennett, a conceptual framework has been designed and the main hypotheses have been formulated in accordance with it. Using a survey method, the study has been conducted by the participation of 400 people of Kurds and Turks in the city of Qurveh. The results of the research signify intercultural sensitivities among Kurds and Turks in Qurveh, although intercultural sensitivities seem to be more evident among Kurds than Turks. The results of the research also show that increase in social relations as well as increase of recognition and familiarity among ethnicities reduces intercultural sensitivities. In sum, the mentioned elements together with the elements of income and religion explain 48 percent of changes of intercultural sensitivities among the two groups studied.
