بررسي اثر ضد ميكروبي درمنه دشتي (Artemisia Sieberi) تحت شرايط مختلف چرايي بر سالمونلا انتريتيديس (Salmonella Enteritidis)

Study of antimicrobial effect of Artemisia sieberi in different grazing conditions on the Salmonella enteritidis

درمنه دشتي گياهي است از خانواده كاسني، بوته اي به رنگ سبز متمايل به خاكستري و از عناصر رويشي ايران و توراني و از عناصر غالب مراتع استپي ايران مي باشد. كاربرد غير علوفه اي اين گياه به دليل محتواي اسانس و عصاره آن بسيار متنوع است. از خاصيت آنتي بيوتيكي اين گياه در طب سنتي براي درمان سو هاضمه و دفع انگل هاي روده اي استفاده مي شود. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير ضد ميكروبي اسانس و عصاره اين گياه تحت شرايط مختلف چرايي بر روي باكتري بيماري زاي سالمونلا انتريتيديس مي باشد. اين باكتري از عوامل مهم عفونت هاي روده اي است. در اين پژوهش رشد سال 1390 گياه درمنه دشتي از محل هاي قابل برداشت در دو سايت متفاوت، تحت دو شرايط چرا شده و چرا نشده جمع آوري گرديد. پس از تهيه اسانس و عصاره اثر ضد ميكروبي 6 تيمار مختلف اسانس و عصاره گياه دارويي درمنه دشتي كه به صورت رقت سازي متوالي تهيه شده بودند با استفاده از روش انتشار ديسك بر روي باكتري بيماري زاي سالمونلا ارزيابي گرديد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد عامل چرا بر تركيبات ضد باكتري اسانس درمنه دشتي بي تاثير بوده اما اثر ضد ميكروبي عصاره گياه تحت تاثير متغير چرا قرار دارد. نتايج اين پژوهش كاربردهاي زيادي در صنايع غذايي و داروسازي مي‌تواند داشته باشد.

Artemisia sieberi is a plant from chicory category which is a green crucible and it is from the growing elements of Iran and Turani and it is from the prevailing elements of the Stopy pasturage of Iran too. The application of this plant in the field that isnʹt for grasses is so much various because of its expressed juice content. Antibiotic property of this plant is used in ancient medical to cure the abnormal digestion and to ward of the intestinal parasites. The purpose of this study is considering of antimicrobial effect of the expressed juice of this plant in different grazing conditions on the Salmonella enteritidis that create illness. This bacterium is one of the agent of intestinal infections. In this research the growing of Artemisia in current year from available sites have colleted in two different has been sites which in one of them the action of grazing done and in the other one the grazing action hasnʹt been done then the expressed juice of this plant has been provided and its antimicrobial effect in 6 attendances along with its medicine properties which is provided in a diluted condition an the creating illness bacteria of salmonella have been accomplished by using the spreading disk method in related to the assessing the antimicrobial property in different densities. The results of this research showed that the grazing factors had no effect on different combinations of antibacterial of expressed juice of Artemisia sieberi but antimicrobial effects of this plant relies on the grazing variable. The main environment of this plant is Muller Hinton Agar and the results of this research have many applications in food and medicine industrials.
