بررسي سطح نيازهاي دبيران براساس نظريه نيازهاي مزلو ورابطه آن بامهارت هاي انساني آن ازديدگاه مديران

چكيده به منظور بررسي سطح نيازهاي دبيران بر اساس نظريه سلسله مراتب نيازهاي مزلو و رابطه آن با مهارت‌هاي انساني آنان از ديدگاه مديران، تعداد 300 دبير و 100 مدير مدرسه راهنمايي دخترانه در شهر تهران، به صورت تصادفي و بر اساس روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه‌هاي تعيين سطح نيازهاي دبيران و سنجش مهارت‌هاي انساني، بر روي آنان اجرا گرديد. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (آزمون تحليل واريانس)، نشان داد كه فرضيه اول پژوهش مبني بر همخواني و مشابهت بين نيازهاي دبيران بر اساس نظريه مزلو، به اثبات رسيد و ميان نيازهاي دبيران در تمام سطوح پنج‌گانه همبستگي شديد مشاهده شد. همچنين فرضيه دوم پژوهش نيز مبني بر وجود رابطه بين نيازهاي دبيران و مهارت‌هاي انساني آنان، تاييد شد و بين بخش‌هاي ايمني و خودشكوفايي از نيازهاي دبيران با مهارت‌هاي انساني آنان رابطه معني‌داري مشاهده شد.

Abstract In order to study the level of needs of high school teachers (based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory), and its relationship with their human skills (from managers’ point of view), 300 high school teachers and 100 girls high school principals in Tehran city were randomly selected by cluster sampling method and the questionnaires of determining the level of the needs of high school teachers and evaluation of human skills were implemented on them. The results of analysis of data using descriptive and inferential statistics (variance analysis test) showed that the first hypothesis of research concerning conformity and similarity among the needs of high school teachers (based on Maslow’s theory) were proven and a high level of correlation was observed among the needs of high school teachers in all five levels. Also the second hypothesis of research concerning a relationship between the needs of high school teachers and their human skills was confirmed and a significant relationship was observed between safety and self-actualization in the hierarchy of needs of high school teachers and their human skills.
