Governing Principles of the Islamic Revolution Leader’s Management Style in Controlling Events related to 2009 presidetial Elections

انتخابات رياست جمهوري سال1388 در ايران فصل جديدي از تحولات سياسي اجتماعي را بعد از گذشت سه دهه از انقلاب اسلامي رقم زد و تحليل ابعاد مختلف آن از ضروريات جامعه ايران است. مساله تحقيق حاضر، بررسي اصول حاكم سبك مديريت مقام معظم رهبري در كنترل و مهار جريانات قبل و بعد از انتخابات و نقش مردم در اين فرايند مديريت است. فرضيه ما اين است كه حل بحران هاي به وجود آمده در اين مقطع، بدون دو ركن رهبري (بر پايه دين، عقلانيت و قانون) و جامعه ولايت‌مدار كه سرمايه‌هاي اجتماعي اصلي نظام هستند، قابل تحقق نبود. رهبري با بهره‌گيري از شيوه‌اي بر مدار دين، عقلانيت و پايبندي به قانون و در دو مرحله پسيني و پيشيني و با دو روش دفعي و رفعي به برخورد با اين بحران پرداخت. مي‌توان سبك مديريت مقام معظم رهبري را سبكي جامع، پويا و منعطف دانست كه از ويژگي‌هاي مختلف در عرصه مديريت سياسي برخوردار است.

Presidential elections of 2009 in Iran marked a new chapter of socio-political changes after three decades past Islamic revolution which make it is necessary for Iranian society to analyze its different aspects. The main focus of this article is to investigate of governing principles of supreme leaderʹs management style in controlling and harnessing events prior to and following the elections and peopleʹs role in this management process. Our hypothesis is that resolving the crises built at that time period could not be resolved without leadership (based on religion, intellectuality and law) and the welayat-oriented society which is the main asset of the system. Applying a method based on religion, intellectuality and following law in preceding and succeeding phases using preemptive and resolving methods, the supreme leader handled this crisis. The supreme leaderʹs management style can be considered as a comprehensive, dynamic and flexible style which enjoys various characteristics in political management domain.
