Impact of Imam Khomeiniʹʹs Leadership on social capital, during the Islamic Revolution of Iran

سرمايه اجتماعي را مي توان مجموعه اي از عناصر نظير اعتمادجمعي، هنجارها و شبكه ها دانست كه موجب ايجاد ارتباط و مشاركت بهينه اعضاي يك جامعه شده و در قالب آن همكاريها تسهيل مي گردد. به حركت درآوردن سرمايه هاي اجتماعي متروك، مولفه‌اي مثبت در راه تجميع نيروها وتقويت همكاري ها است ودرفرآيند ايجاد تغييرات سياسي- اجتماعي نقش قابل توجهي دارد. اين نكته در انقلاب ها كه ازمصاديق مهم تغييرات اجتماعي هستند، جايگاه برجسته اي مي يابد. چراكه انقلاب ها نيازمند مشاركت، آگاهي و اعتمادند و اين مهم بابكارگيري سرمايه اجتماعي و استفاده بهينه از آن ميسر مي شود. در اين نوشتار پس از تبيين مفهوم سرمايه اجتماعي و ابعاد آن، با نگاهي استنباطي و مبتني بر سيره نظري و عملي امام خميني(ره) و با تكيه بر تحليل گفتارها و واكاوي انديشه وي در اين باب، نشان مي دهيم كه ايشان با بهره گيري بهينه از عناصر و نهادهاي مذهبي، سه مولفه اعتماد، انسجام و مشاركت را تقويت نموده و در نتيجه توانست سرمايه اجتماعي جامعه ايران را به طرز مطلوب و در راستاي شكل گيري نظام جمهوري اسلامي تقويت و مديريت نمايد.

Social capital is the set of elements such as social trust, norms and networks that improve communication and participation by community members and facilitate cooperation. Mobilizing social capital is a positive component for Integration of forces, strengthening cooperation and having significant role in the process of political and social change. This point has been important in revolutions that are major examples of social change. Because revolutions require participation, awareness and trust are possible by efficient use of social capital. In this paper, after examination of the concept of social capital and its dimensions, the theoretical and practical aspects of Imam Khomeiniʹs manner in this regard are explored, relying on the analysis of his speech and thought .we show that the Imam Khomeini by optimal utilization of religious institutions, strengthened the three components of trust, integrity and partnership, in result he could manage to reinforce the Social capital of the Iranian community in order to constitute the Islamic Republic system.
