اثرات و پيامدهاي استقرار شهركهاي صنعتي لامرد در توسعه مناطق روستايي

راهبرد صنعتي شدن يكي از روش هاي اساسي است كه برنامه ريزان كشورهاي در حال توسعه با نيل به آن اميدوارند از مشكلاتي مانند فقر، تراكم بيش از اندازه جمعيت و نابرابري هاي فضايي رهايي يابند. با اين ديد، استقرار شهركهاي صنعتي به عنوان روشي براي رسيدن به اهداف كلي توسعه مورد توجه برنامه ريزان كشور قرار گرفته و تصور بر اين است كه با ايجاد صنايع در روستاها مي توان موجب تنوع اقتصاد روستايي، افزايش ارزش افزوده توليدات كشاورزي، ايجاد اشتغال، افزايش درآمد روستاييان، كاهش مهاجرت روستايي و در نهايت كاهش نابرابري ميان شهر و روستا گرديد. اين پژوهش با شيوه اي توصيفي- تحليلي به بررسي اثرات شهرك هاي صنعتي لامرد بر سكونتگاههاي روستايي پيرامون و روندهاي اجتماعي- اقتصادي حاكم بر شهرك صنعتي پرداخته است. جامعه آماري را تمامي كارگاه هاي مستقر در شهركهاي صنعتي تشكيل داده و از تمامي نيروي-هاي شاغل در واحدهاي صنعتي، آمارهاي مربوطه استخراج گرديده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه: شهرك هاي صنعتي لامرد در پهنه ي منطقه اي داراي اثرگذاري نبوده و سكونتگاههاي روستايي محدوده آن به روندهاي منفي جمعيتي رسيده اند. همچنين اين شهرك ها بيشتر از روندهاي شهري تاثير پذيرفته و اكثريت صاحبان كارگاههاي صنعتي و كارگران شاغل در آنها داراي منشا شهري مي باشند و اين عامل باعث گرديده كه اثرگذاري فضايي شهرك صنعتي به سوي شهر سوق يابد.

Industralization is one of the fundamental ways by which developing countries hope to release themselves from problems such as poverty, insecurity, over-population and spatial inequalities.Constructing industrials towns has been noted by Irans planners as a way of realizing the goals ofdevelopment. It is believed that establishing industries in villages can diversity the rural industry,increase the added value of agricultureal products, provide employment opportunities, increusethevillagers in come, decrease the villagers immgration to cities and on thewhole docrease inequslitiesof cities and villages. Constructing industrial towns and conglomerates is subject to economicalconditions, social and cultural needs, natural resource , geographical advantages and above all thepolitical-economicalmotivations of governments this research attempts to determine theoutcomeof constructing industrial towns in the regional development (ruralregions) case study :niraieindustrial town in lamerd province. This research using field information(providing a question naire)in vestigates the effects of this industrial towns on the near residential regions and thesocial,economical and environmental processes in the industrial town. The statistical population ofthis research consists of oll the workshops in the industrial town and the statistics have beenextracted from oll the working personal of the industiral town. The information has been analyzedand cotegorized via development indexes. Then according to the premises,ithasbeenevaluated bydescriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis.The results of this reseach show that lamerd industrial towns has not been influential in theregional area and the rural residential regions have experienced depopulation.more meticulousinvestigation indicate that the industrial towns has been influenced by urban trends and mostworkshop owners have urban origins. This has moved the industrial towns sphere of in fluence tocities.
