The contexts of integration and disintegration in Azarbaijan

شناسايي بسترها و عوامل همگرايي و چالش‌هاي پيش‌روي آن يكي از ضرورت‌هاي ‏مهم امر سياستگذاري درباره همبمستگي ملي در هر كشوري است. در اين خصوص ‏با توجه به اين‌كه ايران به عنوان كشوري كه داراي تنوع ناحيه‌اي و فرهنگي در درون ‏خود مي‌باشد و اين امر هر از چندگاهي به عنوان ابزار ژيوپليتيك در دست بازيگران ‏منطقه‌اي و فرامنطقه‌اي درآمده و برخي از نخبگان نيز در عرصه‌هاي مختلف رقابت ‏به‌ويژه رقابت‌هاي سياسي از آن سود مي‌جويند. از جمله مناطق مهم ايران كه تحت ‏تاثير تحولات تاريخي، داراي برخي تفاوت‌هاي فرهنگي در حوزه زبان با ملت ايران ‏شده است، منطقه آذربايجان است. با توجه به وزن ژيوپليتيك بالاي آذربايجان در ‏ايران همگرايي آن از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. با توجه به چنين امري است كه ‏اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي عوامل همگرايي و واگرايي در آذربايجان آغاز شد. ‏روش تحقيق در اين مقاله از نوع پيمايشي و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌اي ‏است. براي اين منظور پرسشنامه‌اي در ميان افراد صاحب‌نظر درباره آذربايجان ‏پخش شد. داده‌هاي مورد نظر با استفاده ازآزمون ناپارامتري مورد ارزيابي قرار ‏گرفت؛ نتايج آزمون گوياي تاييد فرضيات تحقيق بود. به عبارت ديگر نتايج نشان داد، ‏همگرايي ملي در آذربايجان امري ذاتي و كهن بوده كه ريشه در پيوندهاي متعدد اين ‏منطقه در ابعاد مختلف مذهبي، تاريخي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و موارد ديگر با ايران دارد، ‏اما واگريي امري عارضي است كه در قالب نظريه‌هاي مدرن و حوزه ژيوپليتيك اقوام ‏قابل تحليل است.‏

The recognition of the integration and disintegration contexts and factors ‎is one of the important necessities in policy making process about the ‎national solidarity in each country. Regarding, Iran is a country that has got ‎regional and cultural variety, it has been used as a geopolitical means for ‎regional and trans - regional actors and also some of the experts in different ‎fields of competition, especially political competitions. One of the important ‎regions of Iran which has been affected by some cultural differences in the ‎language area is Azarbaijan region. Regarding high geopolitical importance ‎of Azarbaijan in Iran, national integration and disintegration has got great ‎importance in this area. So, this research was started with the aim of ‎studying integration and disintegration factors in Azarbaijan. Research ‎method in this article is survey and we have got the data through ‎questionnaire. For this purpose, we passed out a questionnaire about ‎Azarbaijan among informed people. The data was evaluated by means of ‎Welcocson nonparametrical test; the results confirmed the hypotheses of the ‎research. In other words, the results showed that national integration in ‎Azarbaijan has been an old and innate matter that is rooted in its various ties ‎with Iran in different historical, cultural, social and other dimensions, but ‎disintegration is an accidental (non-essential) matter that can be analyzed in ‎the form of modern theories.‎
