Necessity and Potential of Islamic tourism and its Approaches

به گواهي تاريخ، انسان از بدو پيدايش، همواره در پي معاش و تامين نيازهاي زندگي، مسكن و محل اقامت دايمي خود را ترك مي‌كرده و براي مبادله ي كالا و دست‌ ساخته‌هاي خويش با ساير نيازمندي‌هاي زندگي، راهي شهرها و كشورهاي ديگر مي‌شده است. در جهان امروز نيز كه جهان ارتباطات نام گرفته، صنعت توريسم همچنان جايگاه ويژه خود را داراست؛ به گونه اي كه بهره-برداري صحيح و سالم از اين صنعت در كشور اسلامي ايران، بايد با الهام از فرامين اسلامي و ارزش ها و الگوهاي فرهنگي آن همراه باشد و نخستين شرط موفقيت آن در اين نهفته است كه زمينه هاي جذب توريست را فراهم آوريم و در چارچوب قوانين مذهبي و آداب و رسوم ملي، اين صنعت مهم و سودآور را فعال و پويا سازيم. با اين وجود به منظور نايل شدن به هدف ايجاد توسعه اقتصادي هماهنگ با حفاظت از محيط زيست و نيز رشد و تقارن ناشي از بهره هاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و سياسي نضج گرفته از توريسم، مي بايست رفتارهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي جامعه مقصد مد نظر قرار گيرد و سياست هاي جذب گردشگر متناسب با الگوهاي فرهنگي آن سامان پذيرد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي حدود گردشگري اسلامي از منظر الگوهاي فرهنگي اسلام و فقه اسلامي و نيز ارايه راهبردهايي جهت گسترش صنعت توريسم بر پايهً الگوهاي اسلامي مي باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و روش گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه اي- اسنادي مي باشد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه گردشگري و سير و سياحت از نگاه اسلام، نه تنها محدود نگشته بلكه ترك آن نيز مورد نكوهش و سرزنش قرار گرفته است؛ بطوري كه بيش از 13 آيه از قرآن مستقيماً به اهميت سير و سياحت به منظور عبرت از گذشتگان پرداخته و نيز روايات متعددي كه بر اهميت آن به منظور بهره گيري هاي اقتصادي، اخلاقي و فرهنگي و نيز سلامت و تندرستي انسان ها پرداخته است.

Witness to history, the emergence of humans from birth, always looking for life and the needs of subsistence, accommodation and leave their permanent residence and for the exchange of goods and for his haniwork with the other needs of life, a way of cities and other countries is disrespecting. In todayʹs world also named the worldʹs communications, tourism also has its special place; such a manner that the safe operation of the industry in Islamic countries, orders must be inspired by Islamic values and cultural patterns that are associated and the first condition for its success lies in the areas of tourist attraction and we provide a framework of religious laws and customs of national, important and profitable industry to make active and dynamic. However, in order to achieve the goal of creating economic development in harmony with environmental protection and the development and use symmetry caused by social, economic, cultural and political maturing of the tourism, social and cultural practices should consider target population is attracting tourists and policies appropriate to the cultural patterns it repose accepts. The aims of the present study about Islamic tourism from the perspective of Islam and Islamic jurisprudence, cultural patterns and offer strategies for developing the tourism industry is based on Islamic patterns. Research in this study, descriptive - analytical and data collection library - documentation is. The results show that tourism and tourism course and look at Islam, but not traveled, not only limited to the left also has been criticized and blamed; so more than 13 verses from the Quran directly to the importance of tourism course and paid to lessons from past and the importance of the various traditions in order to benefit the economic, moral and cultural as well as health and human health has been discussed.
