بررسي پيامدهاي نقش حجاب در ارتقا امنيت اجتماعي

چكيده امنيت اجتماعي براي آحاد جامعه از ضروري‌ترين موضوعات تلقي مي‌شود. در سايه رعايت حجاب در جامعه زنان با شهامت هر چه تمام‌تر در اجتماع حضور مي‌يابند و در سايه توجه به حجاب و عفاف افراد آن جامعه يكي از اصلي‌ترين مولفه‌هايي زندگي خود را كه امنيت اجتماعي است، ارتقا مي‌بخشد و جامعه‌اي سالم، آرام و مطلوب را مي‌سازند. حجابِ مبتني بر تعاليم مذهبي باعث حمايت اجتماعي مي‌شود و حسي از تعلق و دوستي‌هاي صميمي را براي فرد ايجاد مي كند و ارتباطات اجتماعي را ارتقا مي‌بخشد . اين ارتباطات همچون سپري از تاثيرات زيان‌آور تنيدگي و جرم و تخلف در جامعه جلوگيري مي‌كند و موجبات ارتقا امنيت اجتماعي آن جامعه را فراهم مي‌سازد. در اجتماعي كه ايمان مذهبي بر افراد آن حكم‌فرماست، عدالت امري مقدس محسوب مي‌شود. افراد حقوق و حدود يكديگر را محترم مي‌شمارند و به يكديگر اعتماد و اطمينان مي‌كنند و در مقابل انحرافات اجتماعي ديگران بي‌تفاوت نمي‌مانند و امر به معروف و نهي‌ازمنكر را سرلوحه و منشا سلامت اجتماع خود مي‌دانند. ضمانت اجراي قانون در چنين جامعه‌اي ترس از پليس و عوامل تنبيهي نيست، بلكه ايمان و اعتقاد افراد آن جامعه است . از سويي حفظ و صيانت مداوم از فردفرد جامعه در برابر تهاجمات فرهنگي، انحرافات، تهديدات و آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي اجتماعي مستلزم تامين مراقبت‌ها و نظارت و كنترل‌هاي مداوم و صرف هزينه‌هاي كلان مي‌باشد. وليكن نهادينه شدن فرهنگ حجاب و عفاف در جامعه كه تحقق وضعيت و شرايطي است، كه فرد در صورت احراز آن قادر خواهد بود، خود را در برابر انحرافات و ناهنجاري‌هاي اجتماعي بطور آگاهانه و موثر حفظ و صيانت نمايد، راهي موثر و اثربخش در تحقق امنيت اجتماعي جامعه اسلامي مي‌باشد. نهادينه شدن فرهنگ حجاب در آحاد مردم جامعه ضامن سلامت و صيانت و تحقق جامعه امن و ارتقاي امنيت اجتماعي مي‌باشد. شناخت پيامدهاي فردي و اجتماعي حجاب و ارتقا و نهادينه نمودن فرهنگ حجاب و عفاف در آحاد جامعه چراغي است، راهنما و محوري است، استوار در تضمين‌ تحقق اجراي صحيح آموزه‌هاي دين مبين اسلام و افزايش امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه اسلامي. بر همين اساس شناخت پيامدهاي مساله حجاب و تبيين راهكارهاي ارتقا فرهنگ حجاب در جامعه در دو بُعد فردي و اجتماعي، به‌منظور تحقق امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه بسيار حايز اهميت است.

Abstract Social security would be considered for the society as one of the most necessary subject. With observing the veil in the society, women with courage all the more present in the community and improve the social security that is one of the main components in their life, and make a gentle, good and healthy. The veil based on the religious teachings causes the social support and provides sense of the belonging and intimate friendships for the people and improves the social community. This community is as a shield that prevented from the harmful effects of stress and crime and abuse in the society and provides the cause of social security.in the society that religious faith for its people prevails, justice is a sacred. The people respect about each other’s individual rights and they trust each other and not indifferent in the face of others’ social deviations and they know enjoyed and forbids them from denying as a social miniature and origin of the society. The warranty of law enforcement in such a society isn’t fear of the police and punitive element, but it is the people ‘faith and belief of that society. On the other hand; conservation and maintain continues from individual of society in front of cultural invasion, deviation, treats and social vulnerability, is requires of cares and supervision and continues control and spending large. But institutionalization of veil and honor culture in the society, is realization of a condition that if the person obtaining it will be able maintain consciously itself against deviations and social abnormalities, that this way is an effective one in the realization of social security of Islamic society. Knowing the personal and social outcomes of veil and promote and institutionalize the veil and honor culture in the society, is a guide light and a based central in ensuring of the proper implementation of teachings of religion Islam and increasing social security in the Islamic society. Base on, knowing the society in both individual and social dimensions, for the realization of social security in the society is great important.
