رابطه ثبات سياسي و توسعه سياسي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران

The Relation between Political Stability and Political Development in the Islamic Republic of Iran

در زمينه رابطه ميان ثبات و توسعه سياسي، اختلاف نظر ديده مي‌شود؛ زيرا از طرفي مي‌توان ثبات را دليل توسعه سياسي و عامل تاثيرگذار بر آن دانست و از طرف ديگر نيز مي‌توان توسعه سياسي را دليل ايجاد ثبات سياسي در نظر گرفت. اما در اين مقاله تلاش مي‌شود تا رابطه ثبات با توسعه سياسي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. از اين رو سوال اصلي عبارتست از: چه رابطه‌اي ميان ثبات و توسعه سياسي در ايران وجود دارد؟پاسخ موقت به اين سوال، به عنوان فرضيه، آن است كه: بين ثبات و توسعه سياسي رابطه مستقيم وجود دارد به گونه‌اي كه ثبات سياسي سبب ايجاد توسعه سياسي مي‌شود.

There is different ideas and theories about relationship between political stability and political development. This article argues that there is a direct and positive correlation between political stability and political development; in a way that political stability characterized by political legitimacy, government durability and political efficiency is a determining variable of political development. In other words, according to Iranian experiment, political stability at least is a necessary, if not sufficient, causal variable of political development.
