بررسي عوامل موثر بر ايراد خسارت به خودروهاي انتظامي مطالعه

Study of the Police Car Damages and Effective Factors on it and Offering Preventive Proposals about it: the case of Police Cars in Kohgilouyeh & BoyerAhmad Province

هدف اين مقاله، شناخت مهمترين عوامل ايراد خسارت به خودروهاي انتظامي در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد بوده است. پژوهش به شيوه تركيبي و با بهره گيري از روشهاي پيمايشي، اسنادي و مصاحبه كيفي انجام شده است. اعتبار و پايايي پرسشنامه بخش پيمايشي به ترتيب به شيوه اعتبار صوري و با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت كه گويه هاي متغير اصلي داراي آلفاي 79/0 بوده است. در بخش پيمايشي، نگرش 290 نفر از كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي كهگيلويه و بويراحمد ارزيابي شد. در بخش اسنادي 71 پرونده مربوط به ايراد خسارت به خودروها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. عوامل انساني برون سازماني، عوامل انساني درون سازماني، كيفيت خودروها و قطعات، ميزان تناسب امكانات و ماموريتها و وضعيت مسيرهاي ارتباطي متغيرهاي مستقل اين تحقيق بوده است. نتايج مطالعه نشان داد كه همه متغيرهاي مستقل در ايراد خسارت به خودروهاي انتظامي موثر بوده است؛ به عبارت ديگر هر دو دسته عوامل درون سازماني و برون سازماني در ايراد خسارت تاثير داشته است و ميانگين آنها از حد متوسط بيشتر بود به گونه اي كه عوامل محيطي ، جغرافيايي و عوامل انساني نقش برجسته اي در ايراد خسارت داشته است

he vehicles have important role in police efficiency. Some conditions lead to police car damages, and their efficiency reduction. This research has studied the police car damages and effective factors on it in Kohgilouyeh & BoyerAhmad province. The main aim of this study has been the knowing the most important effective factors on the police car damages. Out-organizational human factors, in-organizational human factors, cars and cars’ segments quality, appropriateness of accessories and missions, and roads situation were independent variables. This study has been done via mixed method and using survey, documentary, and qualitative interview. Validity and reliability of survey questionnaire were evaluated, respectively, by face validity and Cronbach’s alpha. The alpha of main variable was 0.79. In survey part, the attitude of 290 police officers was evaluated. In Documentary part, 71 files of police car damages, during 2008-2011, were studied. The qualitative interview was done for car mechanists and technicians. The results of research showed that all factors had the impact on the police car damages.
