تاثير نمايش درماني مبتني بر مهارت اجتماعي رفتار سازگارانه دختران كم‌توان ذهني با هوش‌بهر 70-55 در دامنه سني 30-14 سال

Effect of behavior-based drama therapy on mental retarded females

چكيده مقدمه: حدود 2 درصد از كودكان سنين مدرسه را افراد عقب‌مانده ذهني خفيف تشكيل مي‌دهند. اين افراد مي‌توانند از توانايي‌هاي خود جهت تامين نيازهايشان و انتظارات جامعه به كفايت بهره گيرند. بنابراين برنامه‌هاي آموزشي بايد به نحوي باشد تا بتوانند روابط مفيد و موثر اجتماعي برقرار كنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف، بررسي تاثير نمايش درماني بر رفتار سازگارانه دختران كم‌توان ذهني با هوش‌بهر 70-55 در دامنه سني 30-14 سال انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي حاضر بر روي كليه معلولين دختر (14 نفر) مركز توان‌بخشي كوثر شهرستان بيرجند، با هوش‌بهر 70-55 و در دامنه سني 30-14 سال صورت گرفت. ابتدا ارزيابي رفتار سازگارانه توسط مقياس Vineland انجام گرفت، سپس با روش نمايش درماني به مدت 12 جلسه، هفته‌اي 2 بار و هر جلسه 5/1 ساعت، تحت آموزش مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي قرار گرفتند. نمره رفتارهاي سازگارانه آنان بعد از برنامه‌هاي نمايش درماني نيز ارزيابي گرديد. ميانگين نمرات از طريق آزمون آماريPaired t مورد مقايسه قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه نمرات رفتارهاي سازگارانه قبل و بعد از مداخله اختلاف معني‌داري داشته و تغييرات مثبت بوده‌اند (002/0 = P). نتيجه‎گيري: نمايش درماني در نمونه مورد مطالعه موجب بهبود رفتار سازگارانه آنان گرديد. كليد واژه‌ها: مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي، مقياس واينلند، نمايش درماني، عقب‌مانده ذهني خفيف، رفتار سازگارانه

Abstract Introduction: The rate of mild mental retardation is about 2 percent among school children. These children are able to satisfy their needs and meet the community expectations. Therefore, educational programs must be designed in such a way that they help this population develop suitable and effective social relations. The aim of the present study was to investigate the efficacy of drama therapy on adjusting the behaviors of mild mentally retarded girls with age range of 14 to 30 years. Materials and Methods: In this analytic-descriptive study, all handicapped female clients of Kosar Rehabilitation Center in Birjand Province, Iran (N = 14), whose IQ scores and age respectively ranged from 55 to 70 and from 14 to 30 years, were recruited. Prior to the program, adjusting behavior was evaluated through Vineland scale. Drama therapy was administered to teach social skills in 2 weekly sessions for 6 weeks, each lasting 1.5 hours. The score of adjusting behavior was re-evaluated at the end of drama therapy program. Pre- and post-test mean scores were compared by conducting Paired t test. Results: Data analysis indicated that the scores of adjusting behavior were significantly different comparing pre and post-test condition and this difference was positive (P = 0.002).
