ارزشيابي اثرات آموزش‌هاي ترويجي بر خانوارهاي روستايي: مطالعه موردي دامداران شهرستان فريدن، استان اصفهان

An Evaluation of the Impacts of Extension Training on Rural Households: The Case of Faridan County Livestock Breeders, Esfahan Province

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت اثرات آموزش‌هاي ترويجي بر خانوارهاي روستايي و دامدار بوده و در چارچوب پژوهش ارزشيابي، با استفاده از الگوي ارزشيابي شبه آزمايش، در شهرستان فريدن استان اصفهان در 1383 انجام گرفته است. اطلاعات و آمارها با تكميل 262 پرسشنامه از گروه آزمايش و شاهد جمع آوري شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از نظر اجتماعي، آموزش‌هاي ترويجي در ارتقاي سطح اطلاعات و آگاهي هاي شغلي، ارتقاي سطح مهارت‌ها، به كارگيري شيوه هاي نوين دامداري و افزايش مشاركت اجتماعي و فعاليت‌هاي جمعي تاثير مثبت دارد؛ همچنين، فراگيران آموزش‌هاي ترويجي در زمينه تاثير مثبت آموزش‌ها به ويژه در افزايش اطلاعات عمومي و تخصصي، افزايش خلاقيت و نوآوري، بهبود مديريت و ايجاد اعتماد به نفس بيشتر اتفاق نظر دارند. افزايش مدت زمان آموزش‌هاي ترويجي و ارايه آن در قالب يك برنامه آموزشي مدون، مستمر و منسجم و نيز تامين اعتبار كافي براي برگزاري دوره ها، توجه بيشتر به آموزش زنان و به كارگيري الگوي ارزشيابي هدف مدار براي ارزشيابي آموزش‌هاي ترويجي از پيشنهادهاي پژوهش حاضر است.

The purpose of the present study is to identify the impacts of extension trainings on rural households and livestock breeders; the study is a quasi experiment evaluation research, which is carried out in Faridan county of Esfahan province in 2004. The required data are collected from a samples size of 262 from control and experiment groups. The results indicate that extension trainings can promote the level of information, job awareness, level of skills, application of modern livestock breeding, social participation and collective actions. The trainees believe that the trainings have positive impacts on the promotion of their creativity and innovation, general and professional information, management and self-confidence. The study recommends the raising of the time devoted to extension trainings in an organized and consolidated program, the provision of sufficient financial resources for the implementation of the program, more attention to women and their training, and the application of purpose – oriented evaluation model for the assessment of extension trainings.
