مقايسه ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و سبك هاي مقابله اي زنان و دختران عادي و ارجاعي به اورژانس اجتماعي نيروي انتظامي

The comparison of personality characteristics and coping styles in, normal girls and women and referrals to social emergency police

مقدمه: مهمترين هدفي كه مراكز اورژانس اجتماعي دنبال مي كنند فراهم آوردن پايگاهي امن براي ارجاع اوليه هر نوع آسيب اجتماعي است. به همين منظور، پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ويژگي-هاي شخصيتي و سبك هاي مقابله اي زنان و دختران ارجاعي در مقايسه با دختران عادي مي پردازد. روش: جامعه آماري را، كليه‌ي زنان و دختران ارجاعي كه در 6 ماهه ي اول سال 1390 به مركز اورژانس اجتماعي شهر مشهد ارجاع شده بودند، تشكيل مي‌دهد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري در دسترس تعداد 50 نفر از آنها انتخاب شدند. جامعه دختران عادي را دانشجويان جديدالورود ساكن خوابگاه دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد تشكيل ميدادند. از طريق همتاسازي 50 نفر از دانشجويان جديدالورود به طور تصادفي انتخاب و به عنوان گروه كنترل در پژوهش قرار گرفتند. سپس پرسشنامه هاي شخصيت آيزنك و راهكارهاي مقابله اي فولكمن و لازاروس، بر روي گروه هاي مورد مطالعه اجرا شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS16 و آزمون t مستقل استفاده گرديد. نتايج: بررسي نتايج بدست آمده نشان داد كه زنان و دختران ارجاعي از لحاظ ويژگي هاي شخصيتي روان نژندي (05/0 > p) و روانپريشي (01/0 > p) تفاوت معناداري با گروه عادي دارند. همچنين در سبك مقابله اي هيجان مدار بين دو گروه تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد اما در سبك مقابله اي مسيله مدار بين آن ها تفاوتي يافت نشد (06/0 > p). بحث: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه زنان و دختران ارجاعي، افرادي مضطرب، نگران، خشن و پرخاشگر و آماده ابتلا به افسردگي هستند و در مقابله با مشكلات، بيشتر از سبك هاي مقابله اي هيجان مدار نسبت به افراد سالم استفاده مي كنند.

Introduction:The main goal which is to provide a base for social emergency centers referrals safe for any kind of social damage. The purpose of this study was The comparison of Personality characteristics and coping styles in, normal girls and women and referrals to social emergency police in Mashhad Method: The population of all women and girls in the first 6 months of 1390 and were referred to the social emergency center in Mashhad. Then 50 among them were selected by in available sampling method. The population of normal girls and women was all girl students in the first year and living in the dormitory of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Then 50 students were randomly selected among the girl students in the first year and living in the dormitory of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and assigned to the control group in the study. Measurement tools in this study were The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Coping Strategies of the Folkman and Lazarus. The independent t-test and SPSS16 software were used for data analysis. Results: The results showed that girls and women and referrals to social emergency police are significantly different from normal girls and women in personality characteristics: neurosis (p < 0.05) and psychosis (p < 0.01) . Also there is significantly difference in emotion-focused coping style between two groups. However no differences were found in solution-focused coping style between them (p < 0.06). Discussion: The results showed that girls and women and referrals to social emergency police are anxious, worried, angry and aggressive and depression. And they have an emotional focused style in dealing with the problems in comparison with normal girls and women.
