روابط اجتماعي شهر و روستا و ناپايداري جمعيتي سكونتگاه هاي روستايي مطالعه موردي: بخش مركزي بيرجند جواد مكانيكي چكيـده روابط اجتماعي شهر و روستا، شامل الگوي مراجعات دوره اي و جريانات جمعيتي نقش عمده اي در ناپايداري جمعيتي سكونتگاه هاي روستايي دارد و از آنجا كه مهاجرتهاي روستايي عمدتاً تحت تاثير كاهش درآمد سرانه و فرصت هاي شغلي است، اين مقاله سعي دارد ضمن تبيين عوامل مولد جريانات جمعيتي، اثر آن را بر ناپايداري سكونتگاه هاي روستايي در ابعاد اقتصادي - اجتماعي به ويژه به شكل تخليه جمعيتي روستاها مشخص سازد. روش تحقيق اسنادي - ميداني است. حجم نمونه تحقيق با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري چند مرحله اي در سطح سكونتگاه شامل 40 روستا و در سطح خانوار شامل 274 خانوار بود. از آزمون هاي آماري مانند ضريب همبستگي، به روش پيرسون و رگرسيون چند متغيره، به منظور سنجش شاخص هاي مورد نظر و پاسخگويي به سوالات تحقيق استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه بين جريانات جمعيتي در محدوده مورد مطالعه با تخليه جمعيتي از يك طرف و ناپايداري سكونتگاه هاي روستايي از طرف ديگر، رابطه مستقيمي وجود دارد كه ناشي از روابط اجتماعي شهر و روستا است. واژگان كليدي: روابط شهر و روستا، مهاجرت هاي روستايي، تخليه جمعيتي، سكونتگاه هاي روستايي، بخش مركزي بيرجند. ?

Rural -Urban Social relationships and Rural Settlement population instability, case study: central district of Birjand Mikaniky, Javad Abstract: Rural-Urban social relationships including periodical traveling pattern and population flows have a major role population instability of rural settlements. since rural migrations is basically under the influence of decreasing of per capita and occupational opportunity this paper aims at determining not only the productive factors of population flows but also their effects on instability of rural settlements in socio-economic dimensions, specially in the form of rural depopulation . The research method employed is predicative-survey. The research population was 40 inhabited villages covering 274 families in the central district of Birjand. Statistical tests such as coefficient correlation, Pearsonʹs distribution test, and regression complex variable test were used to examine the research indices and answer the queries concerning the research. The results obtained indicate that there is a direct correlation between population flows and depopulation on one hand and instability of rural settlements on the other, which is the result of social correlation between rural and urban centers.
