The Rational and Narrational Bases of Imamʹʹs Knowledge of the Unseen (Qaib)

چكيده امروزه، شبهاتي درباره علم غيب امامان معصوم مطرح شده كه مقوله‌اي جديد است و در چند قرن بعد از حيات امامان معصوم، طي فرايندي طولاني و تطور تاريخي مطرح شده است. اين مقاله بر آن است كه مباني عقلي و نقلي علم غيب امامان معصوم را مورد بحث و بررسي قرار دهد و بعد از بررسي به اين نتيجه رسيده است كه علم غيب امامان معصوم ريشه در آيات و روايات معتبر دارد. نيز در عصر پيامبر و امامان معصوم مسيله علم غيب امام مطرح بوده و آنها بر‌آن تصريح كرده‌اند. بنابراين، از نظر متفكران شيعه اهميت مسيله علم غيب در ميان صفات امام جاي هيچ ترديدي نيست. هرچند در گستره آن تفاوت جزيي وجود دارد. برخي گستره آن را محدود به مسايل فقهي و اعتقادي مي‌دانند و برخي اعم از آن مي‌دانند. در اين مقاله اين مسايل به روشني توضيح داده مي‌شود.

Some questions about Imamʹs knowledge of the unseen have been posed nowadays such as: Imamʹs knowledge of the unseen is a new-born discussion posed through a long process and a historical course some centuries after the life of Imams; otherwise this knowledge has not been posed from the beginning ages of Islam. This article will investigate the rational and narrational bases of Imamʹs knowledge of the unseen and will reach to the conclusion that the theory of Imamʹs knowledge of the unseen is rooted in Quranʹs verses and narrations. The knowledge of the unseen has been posed in the time of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Imams and they have affirmed this knowledge. Therefore there is no doubt about Imamʹs knowledge of the unseen among Shiʹite scholars, although they occasionally disagree about the range of this knowledge. Some believe the range of this knowledge is jurisprudence and beliefs and some believe the range is greater than this. This point will be completely clarified in this article
