بررسي شيوه‌هاي بهينه در مشاركت اثر بخش اوليا و مردم در مدارس

A survey on the optimal strategies for effective participation of the parents and the public in schools

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي شيوه‌هاي بهينه در مشاركت اثر بخش اوليا و مردم در مدارس منطقه 15شهر تهران ودر سال تحصيلي 91 ـ 90 با روش پيمايشي صورت گرفته است. حجم جامعه آماري اين تحقيق همه مديران مدارس ابتدايي به تعداد 95 مدير و اولياي دانش‌آموزان به تعداد 41632 نفر و حجم نمونه آماري به كمك جدول تعيين حجم مورگان به ترتيب 95 نفر مدير، 381 نفر اوليا است كه با روش تصادفي خوشه‌اي انتخاب شده‌ است. پژوهشگر در اين پژوهش در پي آن است كه تاثير مولفه‌هاي فرهنگ، فناوري اطلاعات، بعد مالي، آموزش و ارتباطات را بر جذب مشاركت اوليا بررسي نمايد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است كه با 5 حيطه و 23 گويه در مقياس پنج درجه‌اي ليكرت تهيه شد و ضريب اعتبار بر اساس آلفاي كرانباخ معادل 82 /0 به دست آمد. داده‌هاي حاصل، به وسيله آمار توصيفي (فراواني، درصد، ميانگين، جدول و نمودار) و آمار استنباطي T) تك نمونه‌اي) محاسبه و تجزيه و تحليل شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه از ديدگاه مديران و اوليا رابطه معناداري بين مشاركت با فرهنگ، فناوري اطلاعات، ابعاد مالي، آموزش و ارتباطات كادر اجرايي با اوليا وجود دارد. همچنين رابطه مشاركت با متغير فرهنگ با ميانگين 9/22 بالاترين و ميانگين متغير فناوري اطلاعات با ميانگين 6/11 كمترين مقدار را دارد.

This research through employing survey method investigates optimum methods in effective engagement of parents and the public in schools within 15 zone of Tehran Municipality in 2011-2012. Statistical population in this research includes all principals of the elementary schools within this zone (95) and 381 parent selected by using cluster random sampling method. In this research, the researcher seeks to find out about the impact of the constituents culture, information technology, financial dimensions, education and communication on attraction of parent’s engagement. Data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire containing 23 closed questions in a five scales and also the answers to the questions are designed in Likert Scale. The questionnaire’s validity was examined using the views of scholars and experts, while its reliability was 0.82 according to the Cronbakh alpha. For calculation and analysis of the obtained data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, table and diagram) and inferential statistics (single-sample T test) were employed. The obtained results indicate a significant relationship between culture, IT, financial dimensions, education and communication of the executive staffs and parents. In addition, the relationship of engagement with culture and IT with a mean of 22.9 and 11.6 respectively has been found the strongest and weakest.
