چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين تحقيق تحليل سوات تكواندو ايران است. روش پژوهش، توسعه‌اي و كاربردي است. به‌منظور تاييد گويه‌هاي پرسشنامه تحليل سوات از روش تعيين توان افتراقي و به‌منظور تعيين معني‌داري آماري هر يك از گويه‌هاي فهرست چهارگانه SWOT از آزمون دوجمله‌اي استفاده شد (05/0 P < ). پرسشنامه تحليل سوات با پنج سوال عمومي و 47 گويه به‌دست آمد كه ضريب پايايي آن به روش آلفاي كرونباخ برابر با 71/0 تعيين شد (01/0P < ). جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل 100 نفر بود كه متشكل از خبرگان تراز اول اين رشته بودند. پرسشنامه تحقيق در اختيار 60 تن از خبرگان اين رشته قرار گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها و تحليل‌هاي آماري، تحليل سوات تكواندو ايران به‌دست آمد. اهميت فرصت‌ها، تهديدات، قوت‌ها و ضعف‌هاي اين رشته معني‌دار بودند. مهم‌ترين نقطه قوت اين رشته شامل رشد قابل توجه مشاركت در مسابقات بين‌المللي و مهم‌ترين فرصت شامل وجود قهرمانان ملي تكواندو به‌عنوان افراد بالقوه براي تصدي پست‌هاي مربيگري و مديريت تكواندو است. همچنين مهم‌ترين ضعف آن عدم بهره‌گيري مناسب از حاميان مالي به‌عنوان منبعي درآمدزا و مهم‌ترين تهديد شامل ناكافي بودن اطلاع‌رساني و سطح آگاهي عمومي راجع به ورزش تكواندو است. توجه به ناكارآمدي نظام ملي آموزش مربيان و برنامه‌هاي حمايت مالي و نيز تقويت مسابقات ليگ، توسعه ارتباط با رسانه‌ها و تقويت كرسي‌هاي بين‌المللي فدراسيون از اهم پيشنهادات به مديران رشته است. برنامه‌هاي جاري فدراسيون تكواندو قوت‌هايي دارد كه مي‌توانند به انجام رسالت و وظايف آن كمك شاياني نمايند. فرصت‌هايي چون ظرفيت مدال‌آوري تكواندو در بازي‌هاي المپيك و آسيايي، عضويت رياست فدراسيون در شوراي اجرايي فدراسيون جهاني، حمايت دولت از اين رشته در رفع ضعف‌ها و تقليل تهديدات راه‌گشا خواهد بود.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was conducted with propose of Iranian Taekwondo SWOT Analysis. For this purpose, the research method was developmental and applied. By going to confirming the buoys of SWOT questionnaire, which consists of 5 general components, we used Discriminate Power and Binominal Test (P < 0/05).Then obtained 0.71 for reliability by Chronbakh (P < 0/01). The statistical society contained 100 people were expert at taekwondo sport field and sixty people were sampled of them, asked to complete the questionnaire. After collecting data by doing some statistical analysis, the SWOT of taekwondo has been made. Results showed that important of Strengths, Opportunities, Treats, and weaknesses were significant. Increasing number of participation in international competitions, National champions as potential people for enterprising management and coaching cathedras of Iran’s Taekwondo as the most important opportunity, Lack of proper utilization from sponsors as income resource as the most important major of weakness and Inadequate public awareness about taekwondo as the most important threats were some of these research results. Attention to Inefficiency of national system coach education and sponsorship programs and also Reinforcement legal champions and international cathedras and then develop the relations between medias were the most important offers to heads of that field. Current programs of Iran’s taekwondo federation have some strength that helps them to do their best. Opportunities such as medals capacities in Olympic and Asian games, participate national federation’s President, as ITF executive committee and governmental supports that following taekwondo, are instrument to remove weaknesses and reduce treats.
