Relationship between organizational structure and corporate entrepreneurship in Physical Education office of Sistan and Baluchestan Province

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي رابطه بين ابعاد ساختار سازماني و كارآفريني سازماني در اداره كل تربيت بدني استان سيستان و بلوچستان در سال 1389 است. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي همبستگي و به روش ميداني انجام شده است. جامعه آماري، كاركنان و روساي هييت‌هاي ورزشي اداره كل تربيت بدني سيستان و بلوچستان بودند (116N=). نمونه‌گيري به روش سرشماري بود و كل جامعه به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار اندازه‌گيري پرسشنامه ويژگي‌هاي فردي و پرسشنامه تعديل شده ساختار سازماني و كارآفريني سازماني بود كه بر اساس پرسشنامه استاندارد رحيمي فيل‌آبادي شامل 28 سوال طراحي شد. روايي پرسشنامه توسط استادان تربيت بدني اهواز و زاهدان بررسي و تاييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ 86/0 محاسبه شد. براي اطمينان از توزيع نرمال داده‌ها آزمون كولموگروف - اسميرنوف و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي شامل ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه در سطح معني‌داري (05/0? P) به كار گرفته شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد رسميت (441/0-r= ،001/0p=)، پيچيدگي (263/0-r= ، 006/0p=) و تمركز (275/0-r= ، 004/0p=) با كارآفريني سازماني رابطه منفي معني‌دار دارند. نتايج رگرسيون چندگانه در مرحله ورود بين ابعاد ساختار سازماني با كارآفريني سازماني رابطه معني‌دار نشان داد و در مرحله گام به گام بعد رسميت (441/0r2= ، 001/0p=) به عنوان بهترين پيش‌بيني كننده كارآفريني سازماني شناخته شد. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق پيشنهاد مي‌شود به منظور افزايش كارآفريني سازماني از رسمي كردن و قوانين و مقررات افراطي كاسته شود تا كاركنان آزادي عمل بيشتري در سازمان داشته باشند.

The purpose of this research was study of relationship between organizational structure and corporate entrepreneurship in physical education office of Sistan and Baluchestan Province in 1389. Methodology of this research was correlative descriptive, which was done by field study. Statistical society were all staff and heads sport associations in P E office (N =116). Sampling was census and whole community was selected as research sample. Instrument for gathering data was individual characteristic questionnaire and a modified questionnaire for organizational structure and corporate entrepreneurship, based on standard Rahimi Phil Abadi’s questionnaire included 28 questions. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 experts in Ahvaz and Zahedan, and reliability was calculated with Cronbach Alpha (r=0.86). For assuring of normal distribution data, Kolmogorov Smirnov test was used .Descriptive and inference statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple regressions) was used for data Analysis. The significance level was (p? 0.05). Finding of simple correlation indicated there was significant negative relationship between formalization (r= -0.441, p= 0.001); complexity (r= -0.263, p= 0.006) and centralization (r= -0.275, p= 0.004) with corporate entrepreneurship. Results of multiple regressions with entrance method showed positive significant relationship between organizational structure dimensions and corporate entrepreneurship, and step by step method showed formalization was most importance factor for prediction of corporate entrepreneurship. Regarding to the result of this study it is suggested for increase corporate entrepreneurship in organization must decrease formalizing, high rules and increase decentralization organization and employees have more freedom in the organization.
