بررسي تطبيقي شاهزاده كوچك با عرفان اسلامي

A comparative study of the Little Prince and Islamic Mysticism

‌اين مقاله به تطبيق كتاب شاهزاده كوچك اثر آنتوان دو سنت اگزوپري با عرفان اسلامي ‌مي‌پردازد. شايد در نظر نخست سنخيتي بين‌اين كتاب و تصوف احساس نشود، ولي با ژزف نگري و تطبيق جزييات آن، حقايق به دست آمده، شگفت آور است. اين برداشت‌ها به نظر نگارنده ريشه در توارد و فطرت حق‌جوي نويسنده دارد نه آشنايي او با مفاهيم تصوف. بسياري از اصطلاحات عرفان اسلامي همچون علم لدني، تسليم ،رضا، قناعت، بصيرت، رياضت، پير، حيرت و بسياري معاني عميق ديگر در قالب داستاني به ظاهر كودكانه مجال بروز يافته است. گفتار نويسنده از زبان كودكان، بيانگر پاكي دل‌ايشان است، يا ديدار خلبان با شاهزاده، يادآور ملاقات‌هاي بي‌مقدمه صوفيه با يكديگر است. ماندن خلبان در بيابان، نماد حيرت است، و كمك شاهزاده به او نماد فرياد رسي پير و خضر، و كلام مبهم و رمز گونه‌اش سمبل سخنان رازآلود پيران صوفيه و البته رازداري‌ ايشان است. ديدار شاهزاده با كساني كه هر كدام در اخترك كوچك خود ،خويشتن را محدود به خواسته‌هايي دنيايي كرده‌اند، رمزي از دنيايي است كه آدميان خود را در آن محصور كرده‌اند و آرزوهاي بي‌انتهايي در سر مي‌پرورند. ملاقات شاهزاده با مار، و درخواست از او براي نيش زدنش نيز، نماد مرگ اختياري است، بازگشت او به ستاره‌اي كه از آن آمده هم، نگاهي است به بازگشت انسان به مبدا خويش و بسياري معاني عميق ديگر كه به تدريج طي سلسله مقالاتي كاويده خواهد شد.

In this article I have compared The Little Prince written by Saint Exupery with Islamic mysticism. At first glance it may be seemed that they are not compatible, but after a deep reflection about both of them and a comparison between their details, the results are wonderful. In the writerʹs opinion the similarities between the two subjects of discussion are rooted in coincidence of ideas and in Exuperyʹs truth-seeking nature and not necessarily in his acquaintance with the Islamic mysticism. A lot of instances of these mystical concepts such as divinely inspired knowledge, submission to divinely will, satisfaction, contentment, insight, asceticism, spiritual guide, bewilderment etc. can be discerned in an aparently childlike story. That the storyteller chooses childrenʹs language is due to their heart purity or the meeting of the pilot with the prince is a reminder of the sufiʹs unexpected meetings. The pilotʹs presence in a desert is a symbol of bewilderment and the princeʹs help to the pilot is like the rescue coming from the spiritual guide (pirs or Khizr). The princeʹs vague and allegorical speech is like the pirsʹ ambiguous speeches and their secret keeping. Those who have limited themselves in their little stars are symbols of the worldly-minded people.The little princeʹs asking snake to sting him is a reminder of volutary death and his return to the star from which he has come is a symbol of manʹs final return to his origin.
