چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: رويكرد كنوني آموزش در دانشگاه‌هاي معتبر سراسر جهان به سمت آموزش مجازي ميباشد. از اين رو دانشگاه‌ها همگام با فناوري‌هاي روز، درصدد آموزش از دور به صورت نيمه‌حضوري و غيرحضوري بوده، در حال حاضر از طريق راه‌اندازي وب‌سايت به آموزش الكترونيكي نيز اشتغال دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي وب‌سايت‌هاي هسته دانشگاه‌هاي مجازي جهان بر اساس ابزار ارزيابي كيفيت وب‌سايت‌ها مورد مطالعه كيفي و كمي ميباشد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي است.
مواد و روش‌ها: اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي و جامعه پژوهش 27 وب‌سايت كه از طريق ابزار ارزيابي كيفيت وب‌سايت‌ها با آلفاي كرونباخ 92/0 با روايي و پايايي بالايي، در بازه زماني يك ماهه (مردادماه 1391) مورد بررسي قرار گرفته شده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS نسخه 16 استفاده شده است.
نتايج: ويژگي هدف مشخص براي محدوده اطلاعاتي وب‌سايت‌هاي جامعه مورد مطالعه در وضعيت بسيار خوبي قرار دارد. همچنين ويژگي‌هاي مخاطبان و هدف وب‌سايت‌ها، پايدار بودن ساختار وب سايت در وضعيت خوبي قرار گرفته است. از طرفي ويژگي‌هاي سهولت جستجو، پيوندهاي دروني و گرافيك در وضعيت متوسط قرار دارند. همچنين دانشگاه‌هاي مجازي ابيلين، وندربيلت و مركز آموزش‌هاي الكترونيكي دانشگاه تهران رتبه‌هاي اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.
نتيجه‌گيري: پيشنهاد مديران وب‌سايت‌ها از يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاضر جهت ارتقاي كيفيت وب‌سايت‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي مجازي استفاده نمايند.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: E-learning is the current educational approach in reputed international universities. In line with the new technologies, universities tend to provide distance and semi-distance education and they are engaged in e-learning through launching websites. We aimed to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate core websites of virtual universities of the world based on the quality evaluation tool.
Material & Methods: In this descriptive qualitative and quantitative study, 27 websites have been studied using the website quality evaluation tool during August 2012. Cronbachʹs alpha was 0.92. SPSS software, version 16, was used for data analyses.
Results: The specific purpose for the data range in all websites was very good. Also the users and goals of websites and structure stability were in a good condition. On the other left ease of search facilities, internal links and graphics were in an average condition. The virtual universities of Ebilin, Vanderbilt, and E-Learning Center of Tehran University ranked first to third.
Conclusion: The findings of this study can be used by university website managers to improve the quality of the related websites.
