Educational Animation

آموزش مبتني بر رايانه و فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات افق‌هاي جديدي پيش روي صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان آموزش قرار داده تا با توجه به قابليت‌ها و توانايي‌هاي آن به روش‌ها و راهكاري در آموزش بينديشند كه فرآيند ياددهي و يادگيري را دگرگون نمايد. محيط‌هاي چندرسانه‌اي كه اطلاعات را به صورت تصاوير متحرك، صدا، عكس، گرافيك و متن در اختيار كاربر قرار مي‌دهند، تغييري كيفي و اساسي در فرآيند يادگيري ايجاد نموده‌اند. پويانمايي يكي از جالب‌ترين پديده‌هاي تصويري شناخته شده است كه مي‌تواند واقعيت‌هاي علمي را به‌صورت توصيفي و در قالب داستان‌هاي تخيلي به يادگيرنده آموزش دهد. تهيه سناريو و انتخاب كاراكترهاي تاثيرگذار در يك پويانمايي آموزشي مي‌تواند آموزش مفاهيم پيچيده و انتزاعي را سهل و آسان كند. امروزه نرم‌افزارهايي جهت تهيه پويانمايي‌هاي دو بعدي، سه بعدي و مبتني بر وب عرضه شده‌اند كه عمليات پيچيده تهيه پويا نمايي را آسان و سهل نموده است. پويانمايي، حس بينايي و شنوايي را جهت يادگيري بهتر و سريع‌تر مفاهيم، تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد. بنابراين ديدگاهي مثبت جهت يادگيري مفاهيم در فرد ايجاد مي‌كند. محققان با الهام از نظريه‌هاي يادگيري مي‌توانند مباني نظري و راهبردي مناسبي براي افزايش قابليت‌ها و توانايي‌هاي پويا‌نمايي‌ها در فرآيند ياددهي و يادگيري ارايه دهند. در اين مقاله مفهوم پويانمايي و انواع آن، پويانمايي آموزشي و ويژگي‌هاي آن، نظريه‌هاي ياددهي و يادگيري و پژوهش‌هاي انجام شده در اين زمينه تبيين مي‌گردد.

Computer-based education and information and communication technology (ICT) have widened new horizons for educationalists to think of methods and approaches in that can radically transform the learning process. Multimedia environments in which information is converted into moving images, sounds, photographs, graphics, and texts have changed the learning process qualitatively and fundamentally. Animation is one of the most interesting visual phenomena which can provide learners with scientific facts in a descriptive way and/or in the form of imaginative stories. Teaching complex and abstract concepts can be facilitated by creating scenarios and selecting influential characters in an educational animation. Currently, there is a variety of softwares producing two- and three-dimensional animations as well as web-based instructions. Affecting visual and auditory senses of the learners, animation can enhance learning and is consequently desirable for learners. Researchers, inspired by learning theories, can develop theoretical foundations and appropriate strategies for increasing the capabilities and abilities of animations in the teaching and learning process. In order to provide and produce effective and helpful educational animations, it is necessary to investigate the stages of designing, implementing, and evaluating educational animations. In this essay, the concept of educational animation and its specific features, related studies and teaching and learning theories are investigated.
