Comparison of Superior Foundation In General and Physical Education Offices of LORESTAN which is based

هدف تحقيق حاضر مقايسه تعالي سازماني در اداره كل و ادارات تربيت بدني استان لرستان بر اساس مدل تعالي سازماني EFQMاست. روش به‌كار رفته در اين بررسي از نوع توصيفي - تحليلي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كاركنان ادارات تربيت بدني استان لرستان اعم از روسا، معاونان و كارمندان (60 نفر) بود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد 50 سوالي است. در اين تحقيق از آمارهاي توصيفي براي طبقه‌بندي، تنظيم، محاسبه ميانگين، انحراف استانداردها، درصدها، فراواني‌ها و نمودارهاي مربوط به داده‌ها استفاده شده و در ادامه از آمار استنباطي براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌ها از طريق نرم‌افزار SPSS و براي تعيين نرمال بودن متغيرها از آزمون كولموگروف - اسميرنوف و آنوا استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج آزمون آنوا و سطح معني‌داري05/0 p? مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت بين مولفه رهبري و تعالي سازماني (با توجه به مقدار 029/0 به‌دست آمده) تفاوت معني‌داري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان مي‌دهد بين ساير مولفه‌ها اعم از خط مشي و راهبرد، كاركنان، مشاركت‌ها و منابع، فرآيندها، نتايج مشتري، نتايج كاركنان، نتايج جامعه، نتايج عملكردهاي كليدي تفاوت معني‌داري مشاهده نشد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد ميانگين نمره تعالي سازماني كل كاركنان ادارات تربيت بدني استان لرستان بر اساس مدل EFQM برابر با 06/55 است و در ميان معيارهاي نه‌گانه تعالي سازماني، معيار فرآيندها داراي كمترين ميزان و معيار رهبري داراي بيشترين ميزان است. نتايج كلي تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه شهرستان بروجرد از نظر ارزيابي تعالي سازماني در بالاترين جايگاه و شهرستان كوهدشت در پايين‌ترين جايگاه قرار دارد.

The main purpose of the present study is to compare the Superior Foundation in general offices and physical Education offices in LORESTAN based on EFQM Superior Foundation model. The used method in this investigation is descriptive-analytical type on a sample consisting of 60 persons from physical Education offices of LORESTAN, including of Chairmen, Accessorial and staff that filled out 50 standard Inventory of EFQM and in this research have been used from descriptive statistics for classification, arrangement, average calculation, standard deviation, frequency percent and diagram of data. The analysis of data carried out by using SPSS and soft ware’s for determined of normal variables used from COLOUMGRAPH SMIRINOUPH and ANOVA test. According to the result of ANOVA test and significant level p?0.5, we suggest that exists significant relationship between leadership component and Superior Foundation as for 0.29 obtained value. Results also indicate that there is no significant relationship between Superior Foundation and other components of EFQM model, including: policies and strategy, staff, partnership and resource, the results of customer, process, staff, society and key performance. The conclusion shows that average score of Superior Foundation of physical education offices in LORESTAN based on EFQM model is 55.06. Also between 9 component of Superior Foundation, process components is the lowest and leadership component is the highest rate. The conclusion with respect to assessment of Superior Foundation indicates that BOROUJERD is on higher organizational position and KOOHDASHT is on the lowest one.
