ارتباط بين سبك‌هاي رهبري مربيان و انگيزش پيشرفت جودوكاران نخبه ايران

The Relationship between Leadership Styles of Coaches and Achievement Motivation of Iranian Elite Judo Players

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي ارتباط سبك‌هاي رهبري مربيان با انگيزش پيشرفت جودوكاران نخبه ايران است كه با روش توصيفي- همبستگي و به‌صورت ميداني به اجرا درآمده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كليه جودوكاران ليگ برتر به تعداد 162 نفر تشكيل مي‌دادند. در اين تحقيق نمونه آماري 125 جودوكار در نظر گرفته شد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌هاي اطلاعات فردي، مقياس رهبري ورزش (95/0=?) و پرسشنامه ورزش گرايي (90/0=?) استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي براي تعيين ارتباط از رگرسيون چند متغيره استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد بين سبك‌هاي رهبري مربيان و انگيزش پيشرفت رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد (01/0 > p). همچنين يافته‌هاي تحقيق رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري بين سبك‌هاي رهبري دموكراتيك، بازخورد مثبت وحمايت اجتماعي با انگيزش پيشرفت نشان داد (01/0 > p)، ولي بين سبك‌هاي رهبري آموزش و تمرين و استبدادي با انگيزش پيشرفت ارتباط معني‌داري مشاهده نشد (05/0 < p). به‌طور كلي سبك‌هاي رهبري مربيان عاملي مهم و پيش‌بيني‌كننده در انگيزش پيشرفت ورزشكاران است.

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between Leadership Styles of Coaches and Achievement Motivation of Iranian Elite Judo Players, which was carried out by a descriptive field method. The statistical population of this study comprised the entire Judo Players of pro League (162 judo player) in Iran. Statistical sample set of which is comprised 125 Judo Players. In order to collect information demographic questionnaires, Leadership Scale for Sport (=?0/95) and Sport orientation Questionnaire (=?0/90) were used. Descriptive methods were used to analyze the data and in order to determine the relationship a multiple variable regression was used. Data analysis results showed that there is a significant relationship between the Leadership Styles of Coaches and the Achievement Motivation (p < 0/01). Also, the findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between leadership styles of democratic, social support and positive feedback on the one hand, and the Achievement Motivation, on the other(p < 0/01). But, there was no correlation between the styles of training and instruction and authoritarian types of leadership on the one hand and the Achievement Motivation of the players, on the other (p > 0/05). Generally Leadership styles of coaches are important and predictive factor in athlete’s Achievement Motivation.
