كشور ايران با توجه به موقعيت خاص قرارگيري‌اش، همواره از دو جهت در معرض تهديد قرار داشته است. از سويي به دليل قرارگيري در يكي از حادثه خيزترين مناطق جهان همواره در معرض تهديدات طبيعي قرار دارد. از سويي ديگر به دليل موقعيت ژيوپليتيك ويژه نظير قرارگيري در يكي از مهمترين مسيرهاي ارتباطي جهان، وجود ذخاير عمده انرژي، وجود منابع انساني و... همواره در معرض تهديدات نظامي اقوام يا كشورهاي ديگر قرار داشته است و تهديدات انسان ساخت همواره پيش روي اين كشور بوده است. هريك از اين تهديدات در صورت بروز مي توانند خسارات جبران ناپذيري را از جهت منابع مالي، انساني و... به همراه داشته باشند. با توجه به ساختار ژيوپلتيك كشور، صنعت نفت ايران يكي از بزرگترين و گسترده ترين موقعيت هاي خاص و استراتژيك مخاطره انگيزه كشور مي باشد. اين مقاله كه با روش تحقيق توصيفي –تحليلي تهيه شده است به بررسي ويژگي‌هاي ژيوپليتيكي ايران در منطقه و جهان و تاثير آن بر صنعت نفت و گاز مي پردازد

Considering the particular situation of Iran, this country has always been a subject to threats both sides, On one hand by being on one of the most disaster-prone areas of the world, it’s always exposed to natural threats, on the other hand, because of the particular geopolitics situations such as; being in one of the most substantial communication paths of the world, major energy reserves, human recourses, etc. Because of these, Iran has always been a subject to other country’s or hordes military threats and facing man-made threats. Each of these threats, in case they take place, can do irreparable financial, human recourse,… damages to the country. According to geopolitical structure of the country, Iran’s oil industry is one of the most widely and largest particular strategic and endangering positions of the country. This paper that has been written with descriptive-analytical method studies the geopolitical characteristics of Iran in the region and the world, and its impact on the oil and gas industry
