چكيده فارسي :
چكيده
مقدمه: اسكوليوز به عنوان يك بدشكلي رايج ستون فقرات محسوب مي‌شود. بسياري از مطالعات پيشين، آناليز حركات افراد مبتلا به اسكوليوز را بر پايه اندازه‌گيري‌هاي كينماتيك بررسي كردند، اما از آن‌جايي كه اسكوليوز يك بدشكلي ساختاري است كه تقارن ستون فقرات را به هم مي‌زند و در نتيجه باعث تغيير مكان مركز جرم (Center of mass يا COM) و توزيع نامتقارن وزن در اندام تحتاني مي‌شود. بررسي و ارزيابي اطلاعات كينتيكي باعث فهم بهتر علل اسكوليوز مي‌شود. هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي شاخص‌هاي كينتيكي در گيت افراد مبتلا به اسكوليوز و تفاوت آن با افراد سالم با توجه به مطالعات گذشته است.
مواد و روش‌ها: در روند اين تحقيق از سايت‌هاي Google Scholar، PubMed، Elsevier، Ovid و از كلمات كليدي [اسكوليوز (Scoliosis)، كينتيك (Kinetic)، نيروي عكس‌العمل زمين (Ground reaction force)، مركز فشار (Center of pressure)، گشتاور (Moment) و نيروهاي بين مهره‌اي (Intervertebral force)] و در اين بين مقالات از سال 1984 تا 2012 انتخاب و استفاده گرديد. در اين تحقيق كيفيت مقالات نيز بر حسب جدول Black and down tools بررسي و امتيازگذاري شدند.
يافته‌ها: با استفاده از روش جستجوي ذكر شده، 13 مقاله به دست آمد كه با توجه به معيارهاي ورود و خروج، از 11 مقاله استفاده شد. در بين بررسي‌هاي انجام شده بر روي شاخص‌هاي تقارن، محققان يك عدم تقارن را مشاهده كردند، اما اين عدم تقارن الگوي خاصي را متناسب با انحنا دنبال نمي‌كرد. در بررسي كه بر جابجايي مركز فشار انجام شد به اين نتيجه رسيدند كه جابجايي بيشتر در جهت داخل- خارج است. مطالعه ديگري ارزيابي اطلاعات كينتيكي را حين گام برداشتن به پهلو پيشنهاد كرد؛ چرا كه در اين حالت تفاوت در عدم تقارن شاخص‌ها بين دو گروه شاهد و مبتلا به اسكوليوز بيشتر بود.
نتيجهگيري: در آخر با بررسي مطالعات گذشته، يك عدم تقارن در شاخص‌ها ديده شد، اما هنوز رابطه بين اين شاخص‌ها و ميزان انحنا در اين افراد يافت نشده است.

Abstract
Introduction: Scoliosis is a common deformity of spinal column. Most previous researches have concentrated mainly on kinematic parameters. However, this spinal abnormality is also a structural deformity affects on the normally symmetrical vertebral column, alters the centre of mass position, and weight distribution on the lower limbs. Therefore, kinetic evaluation can lead to a better understanding of the etiology of scoliosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate kinetic parameters in scoliotic subjects and compare with normal participants considering previous studies.
Materials and Methods: In this research, some key words like scoliosis, kinetic, ground reaction force, center of pressure, moment, and intervertebral force were used to find suitable articles. These researches were found on data bases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Elsevier, Ovid, and Springer. Papers were selected based on identified inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then articles were scored by downs and black tool.
Results: Among thirteen articles, eleven were selected from 1998 to 2012. For symmetric index, researchers indicated an asymmetry, but these asymmetries did not follow any special pattern with curves. Also, researchers showed that maximum displacement in center of pressure occurred on mediolateral direction. Another article investigated kinetic parameters evaluation during lateral steps, because in this gait pattern asymmetries were greater between two normal and patient groups.
Conclusion: According to previous studies, there was an asymmetry in parameters. But, there is not any relationship between asymmetry and curves pattern in scoliotic subjects.
