عملكرد تعادلي نيمه‌پويا هنگام حمل كيف مدرسه روي يك شانه در نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به اسكليوزيس ايديوپاتيك

The Semi-Dynamic Balance Performance in Carrying Backpacks Over One Shoulder in Female Adolescents with Idiopathic Scoliosis

با توجه به نامتقارن بودن ساختار ستون فقرات در بيماري اسكليوزيس نوجواني و اهميت كلينيكي شناسايي عوامل موثر بر عملكرد تعادلي اين بيماران در شرايط مختلف، اين تحقيق با هدف تاثير حمل كيف روي يك شانه بر عملكرد تعادل ديناميكي و نحوه توزيع وزن روي پاهادر بيماران اسكليوزيس در شرايط نيمه‌پويا انجام گرفته است. به اين منظور طي غربالگري مدارس شهر همدان و بعد از معاينات كلينيكي دقيق و تهيه راديوگرافي، 21 دختر نوجوان مبتلا به اسكليوزيس ناشناخته با ميانگين كجي(? 7/19± ?5/23) به‌عنوان گروه تجربي و 20 دختر نوجوان سالم از ميان افراد داوطلب به‌عنوان گروه گواه انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از دستگاه تعادل‌سنج ديناميكي شاخص‌هاي تعادل نيمه‌پوياي آزمودني‌هاحين حمل كيف با شانه چپ و با شانه راست در شرايط استقرار روي سطح نيمه‌پايدار و ناپايدار اندازه‌گيري شد. واحد اندزه گيري شاخص هاي تعادل درجه بود. نتايج به‌دست آمده با استفاده از آناليز واريانس (05/0=?) تجزيه‌و‌تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه شاخص‌هاي تعادلي نيمه‌پويا و توزيع وزن بدن روي پاها هنگام حمل كيف روي شانه چپ و شانه راست درشرايط سطح اتكاي نسبتا پايدار و ناپايدار بين دو گروه سالم و بيمار يكسان بود(05/0=P).اسكليوزيس نوجواني ايديوپاتيك عملكرد تعادلي فرد مبتلا را مختل نمي‌كند. حمل نامتقارن كيف مدرسه در بيماران اسكليوزيس موجب اختلالات تعادلي نمي‌شود.

With respect to the asymmetrical structure of the spine in idiopathic scoliosis and the clinical importance of identifying the factors affecting the balance performance of these patients in various conditions, the aim of this study was to examine the effects of carrying backpacks over one shoulder on dynamic balance performance and weight distribution on feet in Adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis during asymmetrical conditions. For this purpose, after Hamedan schools had been searched and clinical examinations and radiographies had been carried out, 21 female teenagers with idiopathic scoliosis (mean Cobb angle=23.5°±19.7°) as the experimental group and 20 healthy girls as the control group were selected. Using a dynamic stability platform system, the semi-dynamic balance indexes while carrying a school backpack over the left shoulder and then the right shoulder were evaluated under semi-stable and unstable conditions. Measuring unit of balance indexes was degree. ANOVA with repeated measures was used for statistical analysis (? =0.05). The results showed that in both stable and unstable base of support, the semi-dynamic balance indexes and weight distribution over the feet during carrying a backpack over the right and the left shoulder were similar in both groups (P > 0.05). It can be concluded that AIS (Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis) does not disrupt the balance performance. Asymmetrical carrying of school backpacks does not lead to their balance disruption.
