بررسي وضعيت انگيزش شغلي معلمان با توجه به سبك رهبري مديران در مدارس

A Study of Teachersʹʹ Job Motivation Considering Managersʹʹ Leadership StylesIn Girlsʹʹ High-Schools

پژوهش حاضر بدنبال تعيين وضعيت انگيزش شغلي معلمان با توجه به سبك رهبري مديران در مدارس متوسطه دخترانه شهرستان اروميه در سال تحصيلي 87-86 اجرا شده است . روش تحقيق ، از لحاظ هدف ، كاربردي ، و از لحاظ نوع ، توصيفي -همبستگي مي باشد. براي تعيين روايي پرسشنامه ها از روايي وابسته به محتوا استفاده شده است و به نظرات افراد متخصص اكتفا شده است.براي سنجش پايايي از آزمون آلفاي كر و نباخ استفاده شده است.جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران و معلمان شاغل در مدارس دخترانه متوسطه شهرستان اروميه در سال تحصيلي 87-86 كه به تعداد 27 نفرمديرو معلمان 623 نفر مي باشد حجم نمونه آماري شامل 27 نفر مدير و 125 نفر معلم مي باشد كه به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. نتايج نشان دادند كه اغلب مديران مدارس دخترانه اروميه از سبك توجيهي استفاده مي كنند و وضعيت انگيزش شغلي نسبتاً بالا در ميان معلمان برقرار است. انگيزش شغلي معلمان با بلوغ آنان رابطه ندارد . تفاوت معني دار بين نمره هاي بلوغ معلمان بر اساس سبك هاي رهبري مديران ديده نشد .انگيژش شغلي معلمان بر اساس سبك رهبري مديران متفاوت نيست . بين سبك رهبري مديران در ناحيه 1 و 2 و همچنين بين انگيژش شغلي معلمان در ناحيه 1 و 2 تفاوت معني دار ديده نشد . سبك رهبري مديران مدارس دولتي و غير دولتي متفاوت است . بين ميزان بلوغ معلمان در مدارس دولتي و غير دولتي تفاوت معني دار ديده نشد . همچنين بين انگيزش شغلي معلمان در مدارس دولتي و غير دولتي تفاوت معني دار وجود ندارد .

Current study has been carried out in order to investigate teachersʹ job motivation regarding managersʹ leadership style in the girlsʹ high-school in the educational year (1386-1387) in Urmia city. The second method regarding the objective is practical, and descriptive and correlative in nature. In order to collect the data, three realized questionnaires including job motivation with thirty clothed answer questions, a followersʹ maturity one with ten closed answer, and finally a leadership style questionnaire with twenty closed answer questions were used. Content based validity is used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. Based on scientific texts and theories, they were regulated and delivered to experts on education, adviser and consultant professor. Obtaining their approval the questionnaires were conducted. Concerning the reliability of the questionnaires Cornbachʹs Alfa test was utilized. The statistical population included all the managers (27), teachers (623) people. Statistical sample size was 27 managers and 135 teachers which randomly selected. To test the normal distribution of variables Kolmogorov-Smirnov was conducted. Through descriptive and inferential statistics the collected data were analyzed. In order to test hypothesis and answer the t\research questions, parametric and non-parametric tests including: t-test, variance analysis, chi-square test, and person correlation were used. For analyzing the data SPSS software was utilized. Results showed that most of the managers in girlsʹ high-school in Urmia use explanation style, and job motivation among teachers are high. There is significant difference between teachersʹ maturity points and the managersʹ leadership style. The teachersʹ job motivation based on managersʹ leadership style is not deferent. No significant difference was observed between managersʹ leadership styles and the teachersʹ job motivation in district one and two. No significant difference between teachersʹ job motivation in governmental and private school was observed.
