Systematics of Aspergillus species of subgenus Nidulantes in Iran

بررسي سيستماتيك گونه‌هاي Aspergillus متعلق به زيرجنس Nidulantes در ايران

اين زير جنس كه اغلب از اندام‌هاي هوايي غلات در مناطق شمال و شمال‌غرب و تعدادي هم از ساير بسترها در ايران به دست آمده بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. براساس داده‌هاي ريخت‌شناسي و مولكولي (توالي‌هاي مناطق ژني ITS rDNA و B-tubulin)، تعداد نه گونه Aspergillus متعلق به زيرجنس Nidulantes شناسايي گرديد كه در بخش‌هاي Nidulantes، Usti، Terrei و Flavipedes گروه‌بندي شدند. آناليزهاي فيلوژنتيكي انجام گرفته براساس توالي‌هاي ژن B-tubulin در مقايسه با توالي‌هاي ITS rDNA روابط ميان گونه‌هاي Aspergillus مطالعه شده را به خوبي منعكس كرد كه در حد زيادي منطبق با ويژگي‌هاي ريخت‌شناسي نسبت داده شده به اين گونه‌ها بود. از ميان گونه‌هاي شناسايي شده Aspergillus aurantiobrunneus،A. calidoustus ، A. flavipes،A. iizukae ، A. insuetus، A. kassunensis و A. quadrilineatus براي نخستين بار از ايران گزارش مي‌شوند.

Aspergillus subgenus Nidulantes accommodates species of industrial and medical importance. Thirty isolates morphologically assigned to subgenus Nidulantes were studied, 25 isolated from cereals in the north and northwestern provinces and the rest from other substrates in Iran. Based on morphological and molecular data (sequences of the ITS rDNA and B-tubulin), nine species were identified belonging to the sections Nidulantes, Usti, Terrei and Flavipedes. Phylogenetic analyses based on the B-tubulin gene resolved the relationship among the examined Aspergillus species largely concordant with morphological characters. Among the identified species, Aspergillus aurantiobrunneus, A. calidoustus, A. flavipes, A. iizukae, A. insuetus, A. kassunensis, A. quadrilineatus and are new records to the Iranian mycobiota.
