نقش واسطه اي منبع كنترل در رابطه بين نگرش مادران شاغل به تفكر خلاق و خلاقيت كودكان

Mediating role of locus of control on the relationship between employed mothers’ attitudes to creativity and childrenʹʹs creativity

چكيده اشتغال زنان در نگرش ها و باورهاي فرزندپروري آنان اهميت بسزايي دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي رابطه نگرش مادران شاغل نسبت به تفكر خلاق و خلاقيت كودكان با واسطه گري منبع كنترل پرداخت. شركت كنندگان اين پژوهش 103 دانش آموز (60 دختر، 43 پسر) در دامنه سني 11-9 سال با مادران شان (در دامنه سني 42-27 سال) بودند. مادران با پرسشنامه آموزگاري والدين (PAAT) و دانش آموزان با پرسشنامه هاي منبع كنترل دروني و بيروني (NSIECS) و آزمون خلاقيت تصويري تورنس (TTCT) مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاكي از آن بود كه نگرش مادران به خلاقيت رابطه مستقيم و غيرمستقيم با خلاقيت كودكان دارد. براين اساس از ميان ابعاد نگرش هاي مادران به خلاقيت، نگرش به بازي و نگرش به ناكامي پيش بيني كننده مثبت و معنادار منبع كنترل دروني بودند و علاوه بر اين نگرش به رفتار خلاقانه و بازي به صورت مستقيم و مثبت خلاقيت را در كودكان پيش بيني مي كردند. منبع كنترل دروني نيز پيش بيني كننده مثبت و معنادار خلاقيت دركودكان بود. اين پژوهش نقش واسطه اي منبع كنترل در رابطه بين نگرش هاي مادران نسبت به خلاقيت را برخلاقيت كودكان تاييد نمود.

Abstract Whether a woman is employed or not seems to play an important role in her attitude and beliefs towards child rearing. This study investigated the role of employed mothers’ attitudes to creativity on students’ creativity with regard to the mediating effect of locus of control. One hundred and three students (60 girls and 43 boys) with mothers (25-42 years) from elementary schools in the city of Shiraz participated in this study. Mothers completed Parent As a Teacher Inventory (PATT). Students completed Nowicki – Strickland Internal- External Control Scale and Torrance Test creativity form. Results indicate that the mothers’ attitude to creativity had direct and indirect effects on creativity. Attitude to play and frustration were significant positive predictors of locus of control. Attitude to creativity and play were direct and positive predictors of childrenʹs creativity. Finally, internal locus of control was a significant positive predictor of creativity in children. This study suggests a mediating effect of locus of control on the relationship between mothers attitudes to creativity and childrenʹs creativity. ] Keywords: womanʹs occupation, internal control, attitude, creativity
