بررسي سلامت رواني و رابطه آن با فرسودگي شغلي و رضايت از زندگي كاركنان يك دانشگاه نظامي در سال 1389

Study on Mental Health and Its Relationship with the Burnout and Life Satisfaction in Staff at a Military University in 2010

اهداف: مگس ها از حشرات حايز اهميت پزشكي براي نيروهاي نظامي بويژه در شرايط آب و هوايي گرم محسوب مي شوند. هدف از اين مطالعه شناسايي گونه ها داراي اهميت پزشكي و بهداشتي و تعيين وفور نسبي آنها در جزاير تنب و ابوموسي مي باشد. روش ها: صيد مگس ها به مدت يك سال و بصورت ماهانه در سال 1389 در سه جزيره مذكور انجام گرفت. براي اين منظور از تله -مگس و نيز تله بطري پلاستيكي مدل مخروط وارونه استفاده شد. مگس هاي صيد شده با استفاده از كليدهاي تشخيص معتبر و نيز توصيف و شرح مشروح گونه ها، مورد شناسايي قرار گرفتند. وفور نسبي مگس ها نيز از طريق محاسبه ميانگين وفور به تله در هر ماه تعيين شد. يافته ها: در اين مطالعه 10 گونه از مگس هاي حايز اهميت پزشكي شامل لوسيليا سريكاتا، كرايزوميا مگاسفالا، كرايزوميا آلبيسپس، كاليفورا ويسينا، ساركوفاگا اجيپتيكا، ساركوفاگا آفريكا، ولفارسيا مگنيفيكا، موسينا استابولانس به همراه موسكا دومستيكا و يك گونه از جنس پاسروميا از سه خانواده كاليفوريده، ساركوفاژيده و موسيده صيد گرديد. ميانگين وفور مگس به هر تله در جزاير مورد مطالعه (2/1±)8/6 تعيين گرديد. مگس ها در جزاير مورد بررسي داراي دو اوج فعاليت در سال هستند. بيشترين وفور مگس ها در ماه هاي فروردين، ارديبهشت و مهر و كمترين وفور در تابستان است. نتيجه گيري: تنوع مگس ها و وفور آنها بويژه در فصل بهار و اوايل پاييز در جزاير مورد بررسي بالا است و اقدامات كنترلي در اين موقع از سال مي بايست صورت گيرد.

Introduction: The importance of attention to military forces mental health is an obvious case and supporting the mental hygiene and mental health of military forces are as important as preparing weapons, equipment and military tactics in the battle field and it is an inevitable case. Determining of mental health condition and its correlation between working exhaustion and the life satisfaction is the basic object of this research and a meaningful solidarity existence between mental healths. Material and Methods: The present research is a temporary study in the form of solidarity which was conducted on 250 personnel military university. The mental health according to questionnaire SCL90, Job exhaustion according to Moslesh questionnaire SWLS, were being examined. In this research, we used the descriptive and derived statistics methods. Results: On the basis of the results of this study, there is a meaning full relationship among the marriage status and extra questions, psychosis, phobia, aggression, anxiety, depression, obsessive or compulsive and physical problems(p < 0/05), but there is not a meaningful relationship among paranoid thoughts. Findings showed that respect to the meaningful level of variants, there is a meaningful relation among the type of degree and extra question, psychosis, phobia, aggression, anxiety, paranoid thoughts, in interpersonal relationship sensitivity, depression, obsessive or compulsive, obligation and physical problems) p < 0/001. ( On the basis of findings, there is a meaningful relation between life satisfaction and mental health )p < 0/001.( Conclusion: Mental health of the people is related to the job burnout and their satisfaction of life.
