ارزيابي عملكرد شركت‌هاي حوزه‎ي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در بورس تهران: تناقض با روند جهاني

Performance Evaluation of Information and Communication Technology Corporations in Tehran Stock Market: Inconsistency with the Global Trend

تاثير فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر افزايش تراكنش‌هاي مالي در زمينه‌هاي مختلف، نشان از تحولات مثبت اين صنعت در ايران دارد. اما آيا صنعت فاوا توانسته است در اقتصاد سرمايه‌اي كشور نيز موثر باشد؟ اين مهم زماني رخ مي‌دهد كه صنعت فاوا در بازارهاي سرمايه عملكرد مناسبي داشته باشد. در اين پژوهش، صنعت فاوا در بورس تهران زير ذره‌بين قرار گرفت تا عملكرد آن در اقتصاد سرمايه‌اي كشور بررسي شود. بدين‎منظور داده‌ها و اسناد مرتبط با سودآوري شركت‌هاي فعال در اين صنعت طي بازه‌اي شش‎ساله مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. درمجموع هشت شركت با ماهيت فاوا و نيز 68 شركت ديگر، در 17 صنعت انتخاب شد. براي پي بردن به كارايي اطلاعاتي از آزمون گردش‌ها، براي تحليل روند از رگرسيون خطي و براي ارزيابي مقايسه‌اي از روش تاپسيس استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه صنعت فاوا در بورس تهران، كارايي اطلاعاتي در سطح ضعيف ندارد. همچنين روند رو به افولي داشته است و درنهايت در مقايسه با ديگر صنايع، عملكرد نامناسبي داشته است؛ نتيجه‌اي كه به‎طور كامل مغاير با ساير كشورهاي جهان است و نشان مي‌دهد كه وضع فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات كشور نياز به تامل اساسي دارد.

The impact of information & communication technology to increase financial transactions in different fields shows the positive developments of this industry in IRAN. But, is the ICT industry also can be effective in the economic capital of the country? It occurs when the ICT industry has a good performance in the capital markets. In this study, the ICT industry in the Tehran Stock Exchange was used to check its performance in the economyʹs capital. The data and documents related to the profitability of companies in this industry for 6 years were studied. Eight companies with the nature of ICT and also 68 other companies in 17 industries were selected. To understand the informational efficiency, runs test; and for trend analyzing, linear regression; and for comparative evaluation, Topsis model have been used. The results showed that the ICT industry in Tehran stock exchange has not even weak level of performance information. In addition it has had a decreasing trend and finally in comparison to other industries it has delivered a poor performance; the results are completely inconsistent with other countries and show that Iranʹs ICT condition needs a fundamental reflection.
