بررسي ديدگاه دانشجويان مامايي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي جندي‌شاپور اهواز در مورد عملكرد آموزشي اساتيد

Surveying Ahvaz Jundishapur Medical Sciences Universityʹʹs Professors Educational Performance from the Point of View of Midwifery Students

ارتقاي كيفيت آموزش، مستلزم ارزيابي مستمر فراگيران از اساتيد خود مي‌باشد. شناخت نظرات دانشجويان در مورد ارزيابي فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي و عملكرد اساتيد مي‌تواند آن‌ها را با نقاط قوت و ضعف خود در امر آموزش، آشنا كند و امكان اصلاح و بهبود كيفيت آن را فراهم نمايد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين ديدگاه دانشجويان مامايي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي جندي‌شاپور اهواز در مورد عملكرد آموزشي اساتيد طراحي گرديد. اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي مي‌باشد. در اين مطالعه، براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته كه شامل 22 سوال بود استفاده شده و توسط 50 نفر از دانشجويان مامايي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي جندي شاپور اهواز در نيمسال اول تحصيلي 88 – 1387 تكميل گرديد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد، با اين كه اكثر شاخص‌هاي عملكرد آموزشي اساتيد از ديدگاه دانشجويان در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب ارزيابي شدند، اما ارايه و اجراي طرح درس باليني توسط اعضاي هيات علمي گروه در سطح نامطلوب مي‌باشد. اگرچه اكثر ابعاد مورد بررسي در سطح مطلوب و نسبتاً مطلوب گزارش شدند، اما تقويت جنبه‌هاي مثبت و اصلاح نقايص مي‌تواند گامي موثر در راستاي ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي باشد. همچنين با توجه به اين كه اكثر دانشجويان معتقدند كه وجود طرح درس به يادگيري بهتر آن‌ها كمك مي‌نمايد، لذا بايد اعضاي هييت علمي تشويق به نگارش طرح درس گردند .

Improving the educational quality requires studentsʹ continuous evaluation of their professors. Recognizing studentsʹ comments on evaluating educational activities and professors performance can introduce them to their own strengths and weaknesses in education and provide the opportunity to improve its quality. This study aimed to determine the viewpoint of Ahvaz Jundishapur Medical Sciences University, midwifery students on professorsʹ educational performance. This research is a descriptive-sectional study. In this study, data were collected by using researcher-made questionnaire, which contained 22 questions and had been completed by 50 midwifery students of Ahvaz Jundishapur Medical Sciences University in the first academic semester of 2008-09. Research findings indicated that although most indices of professorsʹ educational performance from the point of view of students were considered as relatively optimal, but presentation and performance of clinical lesson plan was undesirable. Although, most aspects were reported as desirable and relatively desirable, but reinforcing the positive aspects and modifying defects can also be an effective step towards improving educational quality. Also considering that most students believe that lesson plan helps them to improve better learning, so board members should be encouraged to write lesson plan.
