بررسي اثر عصاره برگي دو گونه اكاليپتوسEucalyptus st.johani و E. regnans بر روي جوانه‎زني دو گونه Agropyron elongatum و Agropyron intermedium

The Study of the effect of leaf extract 2 species Eucalyptus regnans and e.st.johanii on germinate of species Agropyron elongatum and Agropyron intermedium

بررسي اثر بازدارندگي دو گونه‎ي اكاليپتوس بر جوانه زني دو گونه‎ي آگروپيرون در آزمايشگاه بررسي شد. بذر دو گونه‎ي مرتعي Agropyron elongatum و Agropyron intermedium تهيه و در ژرميناتور تحت آزمايش قرار گرفت‎. عصاره هاي‎ آبي حاصل از برگ تر و خشكEucalyptus st.johanii و E.regnans در غلظت هاي مختلف تهيه شد‎. آزمايش به روش طرح كاملاً تصادفي در 3 تكرار مورد بررسي قرار گرفت‎. بررسي ها نشان داد كه عصاره‎هاي برگ E.regnans داراي بازدارندگي بيش‎تري بوده و گونه‎ي intermedium A. حساس تر مي‎باشد. بيش‎ترين ميزان بازدارندگي مربوط به عصاره‎ي برگ تر در غلظت 4% در روز 7 در گونه‎ي E.regnans مشاهده شد.

The‎ allelopaty effect of 2 species of Eucalyptus on germinate 2 species agropyron was studied in laboratory the seed of 2 species Agropyron elongatum and Agropyron intermedium was prepared and studied in the germinator. Water extract obtained from wet and dry leaf Eucalyptus regnans and e.st.johanii in some different concentration.for analys In this study the complete block coincidence in 3 replications with softwar minitab and SAS was used. ‎The results showed that the leaf extracts Eucalyptus regnans had greatest rate of inhibitor and speice Agropyron intermedium was most sensitive.The greatest rate of inhibitor was observed on extract dry leaf on 4% concentration in the seventh day on E.regnans.
