وجوب حفظ نظام اسلامي در انديشه سياسي امام خميني (ره)

Preservation of Islamic System as a Religious Imperative in Light of Imam Khomeini’s Political Thought

به‌دليل اطلاق حق حاكميت به خداوند متعال در تفكر شيعي، نظام سياسي در اسلام توحيدي است. چون اصل و پايه حفظ اسلام است و در‌واقع تمايزي بين اسلام و حكومت اسلامي نيست، پس حكومت اسلامي جز جدايي‌ناپذير اسلام است. تشكيل حكومت در انديشه سياسي امام خميني (ره) موضوعي فرعي و عرضي نيست، بلكه تجلي ذات و ماهيت اسلام است كه حفظ آن به‌مثابه حفظ اسلام قلمداد شده است. بنابراين ايشان نظام اسلامي را در عصر حاضر امانت الهي تلقي كرده و حفظ آن را از واجبات شرعي اولي و عيني مي‌داند. بر اين اساس نه تنها حفظ نظام بر همه فرعيات ديني و واجبات شرعي مقدم است، بلكه اهميت حفظ آن نسبت به جان امام زمان (عج) ارجح است. از‌اين‌رو مقاله حاضر به تبيين وجوب حفظ نظام اسلامي (از جمله بنيادي‌ترين محورهاي انديشه سياسي امام خميني (ره)) پرداخته و وجوب حفظ نظام اسلامي را از ديدگاه امام خميني (ره) تبيين و تحليل مي‌كند.

Imam Khomeini considers the Islamic system as a divine gift in present era. He takes into consideration the preserving and protecting of this system as an obligatory religious and tangible divine order that has priority over all other religious orders, believing that importance of Islamic system has superiority over life of individual humans even if he be the Imam Zaman (12th Shiite Imam). For this reason, believing in Almighty God’s sovereignty, principles and pillars of religion and divine orders is realized in construction of system, and Islamic government. It means that all affairs are based, depend and relied on religion and final end is to promotie and consolidate the religion in the society. In fact, legislative and executive systems within Islamic government are based on Islamic worldview and thought. Having explained and analyzed the necessity of preserving Islamic system from Imam Khomeini’s point of view. Authors believe that there is no difference between Islam and Islamic government. In other words, Islamic government is inalienable part of Islam.
