بررسي ظرفيت استخراج نفت خام ايران؛ وضعيت كنوني و چشم‌انداز 1404

The Capacity of Iranʹʹs Oil Crude Production, Status Quo and Outlook to 2025

در چشم‌انداز 1404، وضعيت جمهوري اسلامي ايران به‌گونه‌اي ديده شده كه بايد به جايگاه اول اقتصادي در كشورهاي منطقه برسد. دستيابي به اين هدف با توجه به اينكه بخش عظيمي از منابع بودجه عمومي و ارز مورد نياز كشور از طريق درآمدهاي حاصل از نفت تامين مي‌شود، با چگونگي استخراج نفت ارتباط مستقيم دارد. تصور نگارنده در ابتداي نگارش مقاله اين بود كه براي دستيابي به جايگاه اول در استخراج نفت خام، مشكل اصلي، فقط سرمايه‌گذاري و جذب منابع سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي است، اما با بررسي دقيق‌تر موضوع، اين نكته آشكار شد كه مخازن و ميادين عمده كنوني فعال در كشور با تزريق گاز هم قادر نيستند چنين جايگاهي را براي كشور ـ در مقايسه با عربستان سعودي و برخي ديگر از كشورهاي دارنده منابع و ذخاير نفتي منطقه ـ به ارمغان آورند. ازاين‌رو با توجه به برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي بلند‌مدت عراق براي افزايش استخراج نفت، احتمال اينكه ايران جايگاه كنوني خود را در بازار نفت از دست بدهد زياد است.

According to the twenty-year perspective document to 1404, Iran situation has been seen so that its economy should be ranked the first in regional countries. To achieve this goal- due to the large part of public funding sources and needs of the countryʹs currency are provided by oil revenues- has direct relation with how to produce oil in Iran. In the beginning of the paper, the authorʹs impression precedes that in order to be ranked the first in oil crude production; the main problem is only investment and attraction of foreign investment. But with detailed consideration, this point became clear that the current major and active oil fields and reservoirs in the country are unable to achieve the goal through gas injection compared with Saudi Arabia and some other regional countries with oil resources and reserves. Accordingly and given the long-term planning in Iraq to increase crude oil production, the fall of Iranʹs current ranking in crude oil production is likely.
