در اين مقاله با هدف بررسي تغييرات بهره وري، دو فن شناخته شده ارزيابي طي زمان يعني تحليل پنجره و شاخص مالم كوييست مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و با انتخاب طول مناسب براي پنجره، تحليل پنجره و ويرايش جديدتري از مالم كوييست در چارچوبي تلفيقي به كار گرفته شده، به طوري كه عملكرد واحد در دوره هاي زماني متوالي نسبت به هم مقايسه شده و اضافه شدن اطلاعات دوره جديد به لزوم تكرار محاسبات دوره هاي قبلي منجر نمي‌شود. در اين چارچوب ضمن اين كه تلاش شده است تلفيق دو تكنيك به جبران نقاط ضعف هر يك كمك كند. با به‌كارگيري آزمون ويل-كاكسون، در مورد وضعيت كلي مرزهاي كارا نيز اطلاعات فراهم مي‌شود. تقدم و تاخر استفاده از فنون موردنظر به نحوي سازماندهي شده است كه به طور پيوسته در هر مرحله، از اطلاعات مرحله قبل استفاده شده با حداقل محاسبات اطلاعات نسبتاً جامعي فراهم مي‌گردد. چارچوب پيشنهادي پژوهش در اداره سرپرستي بانك سپه جنوب شهر تهران در 9 دوره زماني به كار گرفته شده و با توجه به تشخيص 4 مورد انتقال مرز، كارايي چارچوب پيشنهادي به طور موردي نشان داده شده است.
