چابكي يكي از مفاهيم نسبتا جديد سازماني در عرصه مديريت سازمان‎ها است كه براي بهره‏مندي از تغييرات محيطي و بر آورده كرده نيازهاي مشتريان ارايه شده است و نمي‏توان فقط براي بخش خصوصي در نظر گرفت و سازمان‎هاي دولتي به دليل كثرت ارباب رجوع و نياز بيشتر به رفع نيازها و خواست‎هاي آنها و در راستاي بالندگي و تعالي در زمينه‏هاي سرعت و كيفيت و مهمتر از همه هزينه به چابكي نياز دارند و هدف از انجام پژوهش بررسي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (دولت الكترونيك) به عنوان بهترين ابزار افزايش سرعت و كيفيت خدمت رساني و نقش محوري فناوري اطلاعات بر چابكي سازمان است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه سازمان ثبت احوال استان تهران و مناطق استان است و ابزار اصلي گردآوري داده‏ها، پرسشنامه است. پرسشنامه در بين نمونه آماري كه بالغ بر 196 نفر بودند توزيع شد. در نهايت 132 پرسشنامه جمع آوري و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‏ها از روش‏هاي تحليل عاملي تاييدي و مدل معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده نتايج تحقيق حاكي از اين است كه بين چابكي سازمان و ابعاد آن با دولت الكترونيك رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

Abstract Agility is one of the newest concepts in the field of organizations management that is presented for using of environmental changes and satisfying customersʹ needs and it only cannot be considered in private sector. Thus, government organizations need to be agile because of multiplicity clients and the more need to meet their needs and demands and in order to development and excellence in the areas of speed, quality and the most of all in the costs. The aim of study is survey information and communication technologies (e-government) as the best means of increasing the speed and quality of service and the central role of information technology on organization agility. Statistical population is Civil Registration Organization of Tehran province and itʹs territory. The main tool for data collection, is questionnaire. Questionnaire were distributed for more of 196 person of Statistical sample and we were collected and analyzed 132 questionnaires. Finally, in order to analyze the data was used from the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods and Lisrel & Spss software. Results suggest that there is a significant relationship beetwen organization agility & itʹs
